Hi, No I haven’t created case for this issue as my customer purpose was not only for direct deliver, so we had implemented a workaroud solution with 3 custom fields:The first one to store tracking number (airwaybil, DHL, or FEDEX), The second one with the forwarder, The third one is the link to the web page of the forwarder with the particular tracking number.It’s fine and customer is happy. Life is easier with custom fields ;) NOTA : done in IFS Cloud 22R2. BR Jean-Christophe

Hi Andy, At any time IFS should be able to be sure that picked parts with expiration date are the right ones. As consequence you could not mix in same location parts with same part number, same lot number, same WDR and different expiration date. I’m pretty sure you use shipment location for shipment picking, so the system try to move your part into a shipment location where same part with different expirtation date is already present. I think it should be similar for the two other points. Regards.
