Hi Mithila, This has been previously discussed with RnD and the explanation is as below. "Task Template/PM program is not site specific when it is created. Then there is a question ‘who owns it?’ and Administrator group was introduced as a solution.But in PM action we already have MaintOrg site and ‘User allowed Site’ control. So If this functionality required then we should consider up to work task, etc as well." Hence this can be categorized as a functional enhancement, which the user can achieve by a custom field.
Hi @HayleyG , Though it has been some time you posted this , thought of answering since it is not yet solved. :) The requested functionality was first introduced in IFS APP9 as “Performed Value Based” option. If we select “Yes” when setting up the condition for the PM action, it will take the previous reading(let’s say “X”) at which the previous work order was finished, and then plan the next generation value by adding the interval value to “X”. Hi @KLAVALLEY , Thank you for posting the issue. Just to be clear on the issue, → When a key maintenance user tries to activate the PM action, it shows the above error.→ When you create the same PM action and add the same work task template, you can activate the PM action without any issue. If this is the case, the issue can be occurred due to following test case.work task template is created and activated it is connected to a PM action. A new revision is created for the work task template and activated. The previous one will be obsolete. Now if you had kept the PM action window open, the status of the work task template will not be get updated. ( I’m not sure whether this is a screenshot from the customer or whether you have checked this specific PM action again. If you have checked and the status of work task templates aren’t changing , this might not be the case. ) Now if you try to activate the PM action, you will get the above error message.Also, please check whether, you have u
