Automatic pick list creation

Hi @marieaglemoose , If you use customer order, you may use “Order type” window to control automatically creation of pick list in the customer order flow. You can find Order type in CO header. If you use, Shipments, then you can control this using “Shipment Type” window. You can find Order type in Shipment header. Hope this helps.

Change Authorizer on Purchase Requisition

Hi @jdoherty , if you open Authorization rule ( in Purchase requisition Authorization Rule window), you can find the field called, Routing Template ID. If you zoom in to Routing Template, there you can add/remove Authorizers.Hope this helps.

Under what conditions do we have more than one invoice per shipment delivery (IFS 8)

Hi @JPCorreia , In app8 version also, we have that feasibility either create single invoice (Shipment invoice) for whole shipment using “Create Shipment” invoices window and still you can create invoices per customer order basis too. Once you delivered to shipment, system allows to create customer invoice per customer via , “create customer invoices” window or “quick order flow handling” window. Most probably in your case, customer invoices has been created per customer order basis.

Hi @Ngerst , Have you checked adding a minimum sales Qty in Sales part > General tab? , It will raise an information message when saving CO lines.

@Ines , But if you have partially received some qty in the PO line, (when the PO is in Received status) you can close the PO manually by using “right click on header > Close” option.

@Ines , I believe it’s not possible to close the order without registering any receipt. Instead you can cancel the PO.

@HayleyG , Thanks for your confirmation. When the Purchase order change order(POCO) is in 'planned' status and when you tried to change the description then it gives you an error. (Error-“Description cannot be changed when status is not in Released or Confirmed.”). That's because the purchase order lines has another status other than 'Released' or 'Confirmed', if you do the same when the purchase order lines are having a Released/Confirmed it allows you to change the description. When you change the POCO to released it will not allow you to change it because it must be in 'planned' which is correct.First error message is misleading as it can confuses the user that it’s the status of the POCO, therefore, RnD team has changed this error message later, as below via the App8 BUG ID 124067.New Error- “Description cannot be changed when the status of the change order line connected to the purchase order line xxx-y-z is not Released or Confirmed.”Probably, you haven’t yet installed this patc

PO change order

Hi @pramodka46, I noticed that some changes have been introduced to Document Text in Purchase order change orders (POCO) via the Patch ID - 157367, which was released with App 10 UPD 11. After the changes made via this patch, application not allows to directly change, add or delete Document Text directly in PO header/line , when Enforce use POCO is enabled in site level or when there are existing POCOs for that particular purchase order and always have to go through POCOs. Here is the BUG description provided by IFS product Development team . -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Issue- Adding Document text to PO header take 2 -3 min to savePROCEDURE Get_Order_Info_By_Note_ID ( method is called. Hi @IlyaSaf , Seems like, you have already entered a address for this particular customer. Then system is not allowed to delete this customer record. To delete this record, first you need to delete the record in “Location Address” page. Go to “Location Address” page. and query for your address with Party Type=Customer. Select the address and go to > Location details and delete the record. Then you’ll be able to Delete the customer record in Customer Page. Please try this and let us know anything unclear.

Hi @klorimer , sorry for the late reply. I don’t think that price source would matter on the status of the customer order.As you are dealing with some, orders which are migrated from V8, I believe further investigations are needed here. I would suggest you to raise a case with IFS Global support if this issue continues.

How to close old Customer Orders when Quantities are different

Hi @arebbeadle , If you use the option Right click CO header > Close order, the sales quantity will be updated automatically and order status goes to Invoiced/Closed.Hope this helps

Purchase Order Total Tax Amount is Zero

Hi @kimsiang ,Since you haven’t provide any test steps, it’s bit difficult to exactly figure out the issue. But as you are using IFS App7.5 track, BUD ID-70720 may solve the issue. But I’m not sure whether you have this patch already installed in your environments. But, you can follow the test steps in the BUG description below and check whether you can reproduce the issue with below steps. If it get reproduced, you may raise a case with IFS Global Support Delivery Organization ( after checking the eligibility according to your support agreement) requesting the patch. BUG ID-70720Description - Inconsistency in Purchase Order VAT calculationTest Steps- 1) Create a purchase requisition2) Add a No Part line without the taxable flag ticked3) Release the requisition4) Use the RMB Requisition to Order5) Once the order is created add a tax code to the order line and save the record.6) Notice the Total Tax Amount on the purchase order remains at zero while it is adding up the VAT correctly on
