The PO and MSI can be done from different departments. And once it has direct delivery the tax code can be different than that on the supplier’s page, so it would be great if possible to flag/alert when a direct delivery as made or, in a perfect scenario, to change it automatically.
Hi @Luiz R , You will not be able to change the Acquisition account of an Object, when the state is INVESTMENT. However, you can follow the below steps as a workaround to meet your requirement. Rollback the existing acquisition transactions for the object (vouchers) and update the rollback vouchers to GL RMB on the object > Inactivate Accounting (you will not be able to inactivate accounting for an object, unless the acquisition value is zero) RMB > Reset Investment. Now the Object will move to ‘Registered’ state. At this point, you can update the acquisition account. Change the state back to ‘Investment’ and enter the new acquisition transactions with the correct account. Hi @Luiz R , No, it is not possible to change the Acquisition Account of an object when it is in Investment status through the LOV option itself. This can be changed before saving the object. And it can be changed until status of the object is changed to investment. If you need to change the acquisition account after the status changed to “Investment”. The RMB “Move Object” functionality should be used. From there you can change the Acquisition account of the object. You can even change the object group through this option. Hi, What’s your definition of a group account? You can have budget only accounts For example 6000B (the B is just an example). You can enter a budget for account 6000 when your actuals would be in 6001, 6002, 6003 etc. If you have a budget in a group account (or any other account that’s different from actuals) is not as easy when comparing budgets to actuals. Sure it can be done, but it’s not entirely as easy. We have tools that allow the grouping to make this easier, but you still need to use these tools. Hello @Thomas Peterson We have Account mapping for Group Accounts (parent company and subsidiaries). The objective would be to know if it is possible to upload the budget in the group accounts. And to understand what the impact is on the final accounts, once the transactions are performed for the Accounts. Thanks

Thanks for the answers @Chirantha and @Adam Mazurczak I have one more questions, when I create a new mixed payment with my USD cash account, why can’t I change the currency in “currency details”? When its a EUR account (as the company currency) the change is enabled. The same occurs when I try to make a new transaction: I know that I still can pay invoices in different currencies and the conversion is made automatically, but it would be good to have the option to change it there. Hello Jonas, Hope you are well. I have a similar issue regarding Hedge Contracts. When you say “The result being that when they pay suppliler invoices they use these different contracts to ensure the best possible rate for every payment.” it’s because your hedge contract is registered under IFS? How you do it? I need to register those contracts and attach to specific suppliers in order to use the contract fx rate instead of the updated system one. Any thoughts? Thanks!
