That’s the hint for success. Now I found the the return lines. This page was not in my focus. We use the Version 10.21.29.0Thanks very much for your answers.
Thanks for your response. We have here APP10.I looked for the menu item ‘Move to Inventory’ on the pages serial object, serial objects and equipment object navigator. Only at the equipment object navigator I get the menu item, if the serial object is in ‘contained’ position (as mentioned Asitha). This is ok for us, but:After I use the ‘Move to Inventory’ there is made a Work Order, you know. The problem of the Work Order: There is no ‘returns’ line listed. I looked in every views of the Work Order (‘prepare work order’ or ‘execute work order’ or ‘Work Task’ or ‘Execute Work Task’). There is no list shown the ‘returns’.When I start the IEE surface I can see the ‘returns’ as expected and then I am able to transfer the serial object to inventory. Is that a bug of Aurena APP10 or is there a additional configuration necessary?

Thanks for the reply.A configuration with a tab in PersonInfo-Page which shows your suggested selection. A Custom Projection and Page Designer adjustment with this additional list we will give a try.

Thanks for your response and help. Our IT employees will adjust the firewall. That will be the last obstacle which blocks the request for the connection.
Thanks for the response.I made some tests with your hints. But that was not successfull. Then for easier to test the odbc connection I used code sequence in VBA: Dim ERP As ADODB.Connection Dim records As ADODB.Recordset Set ERP = New ADODB.Connection Set records = New ADODB.Recordset ERP.ConnectionTimeout = 5 ERP.Open "DRIVER={Oracle in instantclient_21_6};DBQ=ifs-test01.group.local:1521/IFSDEV;UID=IFSAPP;PWD=<pwd>" I get the error message (80004005) that there is no data source found and no standard driver used. Another test with the windows odbc dialoghas a timeout with error message I found following hints in the oracle documentation(https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/12.2/adfns/odbc-driver.html#GUID-F141C2E1-BA44-4399-B72A-3B1FBA2BC750): Here it is written that on server there should be configured a TNS Service with the Oracle Net Configuration Assistant (NETCA).How can I check if there is configured a TNS Service? What is the
The problem seems to be solved with the new version 10.16. Perhaps our infrastructur was renewed and has removed the behaviour. This topic can be closed.
How can I move it to that section?Or should I create a separate one?
