@maablk Any idea who we could speak to as far as mobile printers set-up is concerned ? You can may be check with Chanaka Amarasekara in FW team.
@maablk As an input to help defining priorities in roadmap, we have three customers in France asking for this : Guillin : a customization has been prototyped to select the printer once a label should be printed Fontaine Pajot : they currently migrate to IFS Cloud, extending the scope to Wadaco. But they use bluetooth mobile printers :( SAMES : currently starting their project, and won’t accept such regression compared to their old Infor Movex mobile solution Thanks for the information. I will share this with our product manager to see how we can prioritize the request in a near cloud release.
Hello @maablk I do have the issue described by Franck at another customer where they scan the QR-code of the wi-fi printer when starting their shift (on their existing mobile solution on the top of Infor Movex). Where is the item located into the roadmap ? Do we already have a JIRA id to track it or do I need to create an idea first ? We do have an item in the roadmap to implement this feature to select printer from wadaco client. But havent decided yet which cloud track it’ll be included. There is no jira ID available since it’s still in the roadmap. you dont need to create a new idea as we have already included in the roadmap.
There is no option(data item or dialog) to change the printer in wadaco REGISTER_ARRIVALS process at the moment. When you trigger printing from wadaco, it will always consider the default printer that has been set up in the printer basic data(e.g. User Printers page, Report Printers page, etc). If the user wants to select a different printer than the default printer, we need to provide a list of available printers to the user and get the input while running the register arrival process. In order to handle this requirement, we need to at least add a new data item in the REGISTER_ARRIVALS process which is time-consuming and goes beyond support scope. Therefore, this is a request for new feature development in IFS Cloud. We will keep this in our IFS cloud roadmap as an enhancement request.As a workaround, you can change the printer option from the report archive and re-run the print job.

@markb did you uninstall the current app? Could be a device specific issue since we didnt notice this in our devices.
@KNESZYGRE Steps to install the old app on your device Uninstall the current app Go to https://tas-app10.ifsworld.com/Downloads.aspx in the mobile browser Look under scanit_app section. You will see two links as shown below(screenshot) If your android OS is higher than Android 5, click on ScanItPostLollipop.apk If your android OS is equal or lower than Android 5, click on ScanItPreLollipop.apk This will download the apk file, once its downloaded open the apk file and select install This should install the older version of the app
@KNESZYGRE It’s the same issue that we got from other customers. We’re working on a fix now and will update you once the new version is available in apps store. In the meantime you can download the previous version through zip file manually.
I guess you’re talking about the login issue or app crashing issue in IFS scanit 10 version 1.0.10 . This has been already reported to RnD and we’re working on a fix at the moment.
Hi, Can you send me a screenshot of error appear in the client? Also the ios version you’re using. Im also getting exception errors when completing process as well as in between. But not exactly the one you’ve mentioned here. iOS version = 14.8.1 I couldnt recreate this issue in 21R2 ScanIt (version 22.3.500.0) . As i mentioned earlier im getting the exception error in ios and one of the customers has reported the same recently. As for this exception error it appears after completing the first session and all other consecutive sessions (in between each data item). This exception issue is currently handled by framework team. If you continue to get this error shown in screenshot(AurenaPageSubHeader) and can recreate in RnD environmnt, better to log a support case.
This is the error i get when completing process, as well as in the middle of the process upon exucuting many actions such as “back” or “undo” buttons(so far ive noticed in register arrivals and count inventory part processes) I am using iOS, IFS Scan IT (version 22.3.500.0) , and ios 15.3.1
