We have the same problem. it is some exception with .NET this is an old thread so if anyone is actually monitoring it, we can troubleshoot further.I WAS able to run it by opening a command prompt as another user (non-admin). The tool ran, but while analyzing, had a fatal error. I could not find the error file it mentioned… after that fatal error, I could no longer run the tool, even as the other user...
Is there special setup or basic data that must be added for Aurena to do the same function as IEE with respect to printing checks?
I believe the answer would be Yes...? the checks are printed on a laser printer. As I said, they can complete the entire process from start to finish (printing the check payment, posting to GL, etc) in IEE, but when they get to the point where they go to print the check, the option is not present in the menu in Aurena...

addendum: Could it be that if there is a period to the left of the @ in a upn, that it fails? I have one account that works (does NOT have a period to the left of the @), and a new account, using the same basedomain that fails with same error. I am going to try removing the period from one of these new accounts and test that in a bit...
