I did not resolve it, but the TSM has managed to fix it by changing the batch queues that the methods processing this message. The Batch queues looked to have been having duplicate messages or too many in it.
@eqbstal Please ignore my query. I found the issue. It was a missing key value in another block.
Hi @eqbstal , How did you set the keys for the Reference_ApprovalTemplate ? I believe this was the reference of the array object TemplateArray.I am working on a similar requirement and the required items are in an array and I don’t have the key to the array elements until I fetch the array. When I tried with the reference the workflow engine looks to be complaining of a missing key. I had set a filter but not key items as I don’t have them.
I am also testing this. Looks to be controlled by the following system parameter. Defaults to 3 days only. I need it to be kept for 90 days. So need to extend the period.
You can use the Login Events form (iam_login_event_tab) in IFS Cloud for SSO users. It records the directory ID with a LOGON event type. This records the IAM clients also.
Hi Jonas, Thank you for the details. The attributes in projections does not look to be supporting the ‘inlined’ keyword. Anyhow it looks like the json object I wanted to hold in a CLOB is not really large and would be around 2K, therefore changed it to a Text and everything looks Ok now. The Assistant works with a Virtual object and this also does not like LongText and have the same syntax issue. It does not allow to add the inline keyword. It is probably the issue you mention and is not handled by the code that the framework generates for these projections. F.Y.I. What I was implementing here is to call an external API and get a list of values to populate a drop down list. The API call is made in a method that is invoked when the Assistant is created and then I need to hold the result in a text field until later when the user clicks on the drop down list. Then it will call a function that will extract the values from the json array and return a data set for the drop down. Best
Hi Suneth, Thanks very much. This is what I wanted.Rohan
Hi, Thank you for the reply, but what I was looking is to build a IFS Message_SYS type message string. You can do this in PLSQL using the Message_SYS API and in C# using the cMessage class, but there does not look to be a library the the JSF. There is the FndAttribute class in JSF that allows you to build a attr string that can be parsed in PLSQL using the Client_SYS methods. I was hoping there would be a similar class for Message_SYS related messages.
