@VivekBhandiwad I did a transfer of a whole structure from site1 to site2 and it works perfectly. All the structure had been transferred. Meanwhile, the Object site remain the same. When I create a fault report, I need to use the old object site to view the functionnal object.When I try to use COPY to correct the object site, I receive a message OBJECT_LEVEL is missing (There is no field of object_level in the COPY OBJECT PAGE). I’d like to use the MOVE functionality of an object structure to move all the object parameters, including the Object site. Could-you help me on this issue?Thank you very much in advance.

I find the solution. It may be a case or not. I’ve just changed the source attached to the row and it shows the number. Than I revert the source back and it works.

Hi @lisa.gilesAB If it’s not the first row of your maintenance plan, you should bring the last WO at a ‘closed’ status. Then the Generate Work Order option will appear again.Andryis

Hi @EqeMithuV Could you please be more detailed in your explanations. I’m not really a specialist on object equipment. I just understand the structure and how to create object on each straucture.Create 2 new functional object ( one for contract service & other for maintenance) OK and use them as a category object HOW?. Then you connect new objects as a process (How to? Should I create a process level?) for the respective functional objects. I’would like to create faul report through the engineer portal. Then in the Equipment Object Navigator you can change the tree structure based on the process where you get all the functional object connected to the respective process, so you can create the fault reports from here.Thank you
Hi @Nethmini Kosvinna Than for your answer. I did some test and it works. But there between some gaps on the lobby. If I don’t add any resource demand or I forget to release the task, there is no reminder or alert that tells the workshop manager that he has to do something else (Add resource demand and release the tsak).What if I modify the lobby to see all WO/task created from Report problem. It’s stay as unassignet until a resource demand is set end the work tast released? Do this change the next step of the process through the maintenance engineer portal?
