Hi @michel Check whether this content is use full to you. When setting up the Mail_Sender, you need to set the "Security_Protocol" value as "SMTP + STARTTLS". This protocol was introduced via the solution 264861 to solve the issue with SMTP host while using "smtp.office365.com" as the Host Name. Error when creating a document

Hi @TheoB Seems the user does not have permission to use the File Operation Helper. please check the Permission sets, which are related to the File Operation Helper for this user. (Most probably the ‘DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT’ permission set contains the FileOperationHelper Activity)Thanks & RegardsShan

Aurena Page configuration for Pop up windows?

Hi @Aruna LIyanage In Aurena, the this is called Dialogs. If you open the page designer, you can see all the dialogs connected to current page.In contrast to IFS EE dialog box, Aurena dialog is not a popup window but an overlay on current screen. Thanks & RegardsShan

System Exception Error while trying to search for Activity Classes

Hi @kwc Thanks for the replyyes, may be there are some permission issue regarding this. but I'm not sure there are any corrupted fields are still this window or any other issue behind this. because when I checked the internal reference environment, I didn't found the error message which states "Not Possible add a custom fields" and i was able to add/ unpublish custom fields. According to that, i was not sure that there are any missing permissions.Thanks & regardsShan

Hi @khtdinesha Try to refresh the cache with below steps1. Refresh Language cache ( from IEE)2. Refresh Dictionary cache ( from IEE)3. Login to Aurena client4. Change the browser URL appending below URL path – note that you must change the existing URL only after “main”.…/main/ifsapplications/projection/ClearCache?METHOD=CLEAR_PROJECTION_CACHE&VALUE=*5. Press “enter” key to go to that URL – it will return nothing, that’s normal6. Hi @nimesh Go to Document Revision page and Click Page Designer Then Click Document Container Group form Left Panel Then Expand the Content In Document Container Group Expand Document No Check The Required Box Save Changes Then Publish Refresh Aurena.
