Company/Supplier/Customer Address

Hi @emmiekl,I think you this can be a basic data issue.Please check whether the necessary information has been entered in Address Presentation Window.This can be accessed using below path in IEE client.Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Basic Data > Address Presentation.If not, a detail investigation should be needed to identify the cause.Thanks & regards,Amalith

Check Supplier Invoice payment

Hi @Ishahath90,You can use Supplier Analysis for that.Go to Financials > Accounts Payable > Supplier Analysis and query for the particular supplier. Select the particular invoice from Ledger Items tab. You can use “Search in Context” to find the relevant invoice easily. RMB on that invoice line and go to ‘Payment per Invoice/Prepayment. You can view the all the payments mage against that invoice.You can use the same steps to view the payment for customer invoices as well. Hope this explanation has clarified your concern. HOW TO COPY EXISTING COMPANY TO NEW COMPANY

Hi @MDEWILSON,You can use Basic Data Synchronization window for this as well. But this is not available in App8. If you can upgrade your application to the latest versions, you can experience this.You can use this window to define a relation between the source and target company/companies. The source company represent the company from where data will be copied from and the target company to which company data will be copied to. For each selected target company, define which windows that should be part of the synchronization process.Thanks & regards,Amalith

Where could I find the revenue data per customer?

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA ,As @Janith Bandara mentioned, you can access to those data by Order Report.Alternatively, you can set this as a scheduled report to get these reports periodically according to a predefined time intervals by entering particular report name in the ‘Report to Schedule’ using LOV. Individual Customer Statement

Hi @Kalpa Veranga,I agree with @Janith Bandara’ s comment.You can use Customer Statement of Account report for this. You can access this report via Order Report or directly through Navigator menu. Alternatively, you can set this as a scheduled report to get this report periodically according to a predefined time intervals as below. Update GL voucher - Request aborded after long time

Hi @Artur Bednarek Can agree with the above recommendations to optimize the Update GL voucher process. Additionally, you can split these vouchers into some reasonable set of vouchers when updating GL without updating the whole lot at once. This method can be used to update the GL voucher in both as a background job or as a online job.Additionally, you can use Voucher Summary window to specify, by voucher type, whether or not voucher rows with the same information in a voucher are to be totaled. For voucher rows to be summarized Currency Code, Currency Rate, Identity, Reference Series, Reference Number, Transaction Code, Text and Correction must be the same in each voucher row. Debit and credit amounts will also be summarized separately, i.e. no netting will take place. The summary parameters specified will be used when the General Ledger update is performed using the Update GL Vouchers window. From this, you can gain additional performance improvement.Thanks & regards,Amalith
