Would realy like to see a print feature in the next releases. Best work around now is to export to MS Project and print/send the MSP file. Integration to MSP is available from 22R1 (Remember to get the licence available)-Kristin
In the standard setup right out of box this is not an option. To collect cost from an action you need to take regarding the issue, you can connect Shop Orders, Purchase Orders or Work Orders to the project to report time and materials, or do project time reporting. If you want to have a reference to witch project the issue belongs, I suggest you create a custom field for it.
Lag time in IFS is only set in hours, so a recalculation is required!
This depends on whether you have objects connected to the project that can not be deleted, eg. site connection can not be deleted in approved status. If you only have a plain project without much information set up it might be possible by using the delete function (F7 or Cloud: delete button in details screen). The financial project will then be deleted at the same operation,If you don’t manage to delete it, you will have to promote the status to completed and closed.
Here is an example
Posting Type SCV1-17 is for Sub Contract. You should try Control type SUBC4.For planned cost in project, the code part for project must be defined with control type AC2Remember to set up M113 as well.
When the set up of posting control and cost elements are done, you should get planned cost in the connected project activity when the Sub Contracts ‘Revision and Items’ status Set Active is performed. If you want to get planned cost on the project activity before you set the revision to active, you can activate the checkbox/switch Report planned Cost manually. Only one revision can report planned cost at a time.
There is an option you an use to connect a Risk Analysis to the Supplier: You can go to Object Connections in Solution Manager and add RiskReferenceObject to the service list for eg. LU: SupplierInfo. Then you are able to connect the risk analyze to your supplier or add the Supplier on the Object Connections Tab in your Risk Analysis. However the Object Key in the Risk Analysis needs to be stated in this form: SUPPLIER_ID=xxxx^. It might be easier to connect the Risk Analysis from the attachement panel for the Supplier. (Verified in Cloud21R2, but should be same functionally in Apps10)
Closing the project is normaly done by the companies Finance department and are done in the Finance tab on the project header or in Financial Project (Project Completion). The amount for capitalization and reposting rules has to be set in this process. All processes in the project must be finanlized before you are alowed to close the project financially.Run the function in “Unfiniched Activity Work” under Project Management/Analysis first to verify if you have some remaining reporting, invoicing etc.K
Hi,have you tried creating CCO forecast and then create a new project forecasts based on the previous spread forecast (not from project) including the connected CCO forecasts? You can add your snapshot from an updated project to compare and get the ETC/EAC with estimated and planned values.
The hours can be spread over the activitiys time span. From the project management navigator it can only be spread lineary for the preiod and analysed in the Resource Analysis. If you want to spread by profile or with date range you need to run the Project Resource Forecast and do the spread there. The result can be explored in Resource Activity Load and Resource Activity Allocation load. The Resource forecast can also be connected to the project’s forecast and analysed in the Forecast Spread Details there.
