Hi @william.klotz ,Since you are sharing the management server for multiple environment, how do switch between environments to execute kubectl and mtctl commands? Thank you.
Hi @cwright ,I know this is an old post. Is this question still open? Thank you.
Thank you @Ben Monroe,I verified the connectivity and it looks like MWS server and reach the repository. I recreate the pods and the errors I can see in the logs now are, Failed to load logs: container "ifsapp-native-server" in pod "ifsapp-native-server-7454c96b6b-mr4zt" is waiting to start: image can't be pulledReason: BadRequest (400) Failed to load logs: container "ifsapp-connect" in pod "ifsapp-connect-6dff456d54-xjz2b" is waiting to start: trying and failing to pull imageReason: BadRequest (400) Any further recommendations/suggestions to get this issue resolved? Thank you.
Thank you @hhanse ,This might not be directly related to the issue that I’ve reported.Basically, we used “PL/SQL Access Provider configuration test” application monitoring entry as one of the checks to measure the health of IFS environment. You are meaning that is no longer valid check after APP10 UPD7?
Thank you @Ragaventhan Sathananda,I managed to get the issue sorted by clearing cache files in Admin Server. The steps that I followed are,Stop all servers Delete contents in “wls_domain\<InstanceName>\servers\AdminServer\tmp” Delete contents in “wls_domain\<InstanceName>\servers\AdminServer\ cache” Start All Servers
Thank you @Alex Ivkovic, I’m still getting the same error when browsing ASMX from IIS. I also noted a mismatch in "LocalNetworkIpRange" in main-config.json. So I edited main-config.json and recreated the Kubernetes cluster. After that I executed .\installer.cmd --set action=mtinstaller `--set ifscore.networkpolicy.crystalhost=XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX What did you do, when you notice the incorrect configuration of “LocalNetworkIpRange" and were you able to browse ASMX without any errors after the changes?
Hi @Alex Ivkovic , Could you please share the steps that you followed to get it working after identifying the incorrect "LocalNetworkIpRange":in the main-config.json? Thank you.
Hi @SHAUN_KERSLAKE ,We have done a few similar DR tests successfully, but we didn’t come across this error. Did you check for any errors in HTTP server logs?Thank you.Linkedin : linkedin.com/in/asanka-sandaruwan-b1937a1a
Hi, This was due to a External Report Formatter which was fetched from prod database by the daily clone. Non-prod environment doesn't have a ERF and after removing that configurations in report formatters and system parameters, the previewing reports started to work.
Hi Durette, Thank you very much for your response.
Thank you Chamath. So we don’t know that the traffic between the DB and MWS is encrypted or not after UPD4?
Thank you Chamath. In simple terms, the communication between the DB and MWS is encrypted right?
