Page Designer - Context Updating

Hi @John.Rigby , Hope you have followed below steps when define a context in IFS Aurena,Open page designer and add page configurations (E.g. Change customer page label as Context A Customer ) and Save the configurations Publish the configurations and published changes related fields will indicate with green color bar Map the defined configuration in the “Configuration Context Mapping” pageClear the Cache and restart the application After proceed with these steps you will able to see the configurations in the configured page. ( In this example when the use company is “10” it will show the configurations done under Context A) Thanks & Best Regards,Sanuri

Export the "global" context

Hi @TheoB ,In the IFS Cloud version, we have the “Page Configurations” page and on that page, it shows all configured standard and custom pages. We can identify them from the page type,From this page, we can add configurations to an existing or new “Application configuration package”.After adding the required configurations to the package we can view package details from the “Application configuration package” page as below, We can use import and export options in this page to export and import configurations to another environment. Export the "global" context

Hi @TheoB , To perform import and export configurations we need to add configurations to a “Application configuration package”. Adding configurations to Application Configuration Packages can be done from the Configured Pages page in Aurena. Below follows an example of how to add a configuration to a package. Add to Package button on the Configured Pages page is used to add Page Layouts and Custom Pages to Application Configuration Packages. There is a column in the Configured Pages list which show the Package that the configuration is added to. Clicking the Add to Package button will open a dialog where the user can define a New Application Configuration Package or Add items to an Existing Package. In below example a new Package is created. When a Custom Page is added to an Application Configuration Package, it will be displayed as below. When adding the Custom Page to the Application Configuration Package, all the underlying objects needed for the Custom Page will also

Hi @John.Rigby , Can you try with refresh the Aurena cache with following below steps, For that need to rearrange the aurena URL using below format,https://<hostname>:<port>/main/ifsapplications/web/server/lobby/page/clear-cacheE.g. In MC_XXXX_APPS10 environment, URL : https://XXXX.ifs.cloud:48080/main/ifsapplications/web/start Changed as below : https://XXX.ifs.cloud:48080/main/ifsapplications/web/server/lobby/page/clear-cache Load this changed URL in the Aurena URL and when it refresh aurena cache successfully it will show below information message , Thanks & Best Regards,Sanuri

Which provide functionality in Aurena that allows end-users to mark a record as a favourite and the idea behind is to give end-users a way to quickly search and/or work with records to which they need frequent access. User groups management in App10

Hi @ludovic.rougean ,User Groups can be used to group a number of users in to logical groupings. The purpose of the group is to help administrate many users at the same time for example handle permission sets, user profiles etc. as mentioned below,Further, I hope below attached document also will be help full to setup the permission sets. Hi @Istar , We have identified a similar translation-related issue when using English ( United Kingdom) as language. But this issue was already solved from the App10 UPD13 version. Can we find a default PS called IFSAPP_LIKE in APPS10? I’m also unable to find permission set as “IFSAPP_LIKE” in App10 Core Environments
