Hello, I believe we found a solution that will work. There is a Missing Clocking Notify that will message the employee and send an email to their supervisor:   I believe this will be the best solution for addressing these issues.  Thanks all for the input and suggestions!  Hi cjohnson,Where can I find the tjek-box for the Missing Clocking Notify - I cannot find it ?? ….We have apps 10.10.Br,Marianne

Is it possible to avoid selecting a competitor when loosing a BO ?

Hi,Yes - but can the generic Competitor ID be automatically filled in, so our Sales Team don’t have to enter / choose a value in that field ?Br,Marianne

HiYou set the coordinator under the user. Have you checked that out ?So you can change the coordinator on the user if you want another e-mail address on the docs.

Schedule Exception - company calendar

I found out, you can choose between Distribution Calendar and Manufacturing Calendar at the Enterprise Site page. I ended up making a new Calendar ( without exceptions) for the Distribution - so they still can ship goods and make goods recieve.
