Hi @Muthujayashree maybe you can take the problem by the other side and create a view that only display the values you want. For example with the following sql : select * from request where month(created_dttm) = month(GETDATE()) AND YEAR(created_dttm) = YEAR(GETDATE()) where place_id = '{0}'Then you could base your report and scheduled process on this so you are sure to only get the value expected and you do not even need those report parameters.
If ever needed you can always create an XML business rule triggered based on the update of your field REQUEST.USER_DEF_NUM5 and generate an entry in REQUEST_ATTACHMENT tab with your attachment ID and request ID as variables
@GAUTHIERM have you tried to ask the owner of the ad hoc report to click on the upgrade button ? The upgrade buttons seems to only be available to the owner of the report
Hi AbhinavcJust saw your message, I am not R&D but I felt like leaving a comment. For point 1 since there is no access group field in the database this is a product enhancement topic, so I guess your only shot would be to raise an IFS Idea for other people to vote since this is not technically a “bug” but more a missing feature. For the 2 and 3 I don’t face it on my environment, you can type in the value via the id but you can’t save the data as you have an error message poping up (PS: I don’t use incremental roles)So if you can still save the data then this might be a role issue due to access group : maybe linked to the fact that you have one incremental role without access group mentionned for example that would allow you to see more than you should. In any case if you still have a doubt even after checking your roles, try to reproduce it in baseline envrionment and raise a case with the details .But it looks like a role issue to me :)
Hi @Abrar khan , Hi EveryoneJust to let you know we had the same requirement on our project and realized that the color are indead hardocoded only in web client but based on the column scheduling status for task_status configuration in code table.Basically if you do not set up a scheduling status (or set “ignore” status) for a task status it will be displayed in grey/black, and based on each status a color is displayed (example on site = red, accepted green ...)So technically if you are not using PSO you can “play” with the scheduling status to fit with the right color you want but this is not really made to be configured anyway.Hopefully RnD will one day change this design to allow a configuration based on item style ID like in smart client but at least we have here an explanation of the behaviour.
