Hi @JOOLSE ,I am interested in below information.Quoting 24R1 documentation.Does the Notification Hub exist and is it configured correctly? The Notification Hub requires configuration for each required client platform (Google, Apple, Windows). The Azure Notification Hub configuration pages can send test Push notifications to check this. What is the process to get hold of these configuration parameters? Whom to contact?Sanjaya
Failed Requests from Azure Notification Hub None of these settings were setup.@JOOLSE
I am assuming you are using a Remote Deployment based on the question. If it is a remote deployment, then it is possible to view this information in the helm charts. But it is required to understand helm templates to read this information. When running the mtinstaller, the helm charts will get downloaded based on the chart version used. This will be downloaded to local helm repository cache. It is possible to find the location of the helm charts by looking at the helm env variables by running the below powershell command.helm envUsually the path of the repository cache is “C:\Users\username>\AppData\Local\Temp\helm\repository”Once the chart file is extracted (first .tgz and then the .tar), the whole Helm chart can be inspected. The file “ifs-cloud\charts\applicationtemplate\templates\_application.tpl will contain the calculation used for setting up the memory and CPU. Below is from a 23R1 chart. Note that this can be overridden by individual chart (container). resources: limi
Hi Johan,Thank you.FYI. This is a remote deployment.I tried both ones. Since I could not get to working with the default one, I’ve created a new Azure hub.I get the requests to the hub but they fails. I believe this is due to settings up none of below. Sanjaya.
It is possible to use the “ALL” parameter value functionality for this purpose.https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/045_administration_aurena/255_br_and_a/040_Services/010_manage_BRA_services/010_BRA_System_Parameters/default.htmWhen “ALL” (the configured value) is entered as the parameter value, values including NULL will be shown.
Hi, There is a http call from IFS Database to the IFS Middleware server during BR Report execution. It is highly likely that this error is related to that call. Refer https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/020_installation/020_installing_fresh_system/010_planning_installation/020_security_considerations/030_oracle_ssl/ \Sanjaya
Hi @Antbarrif, If you have granted necessary functional permissions, company, GL Authority etc.., then you should be able to see data without requiring to grant IS Full Access. So I recommend finding the root cause without giving IS Full accessIS Full Access is supposed to be used for special cases such as transferring data to data warehousing purposes (ETL) where all data should be transferred without row level security considerations, solving performance issues. \Sanjaya
@chrisbrigg , If you are getting this issue due to a new delivery of Business Reporter. It is recommended to get Support from IFS as this could be an error in the software it self, or could be due to increased amount of data fetched to the report. To confirm whether this is a software issue, please run the same report using the old IFS Business Reporter client you had.The latest (as of writing) IFS Business Reporter release for Apps 10 is 5.0.22. If this is an issue in this particular version, it is highly likely that this might have gotten fixed in 5.0.22. Sanjaya
Hi, It could be that the Information Source in question still does not support URLs from IFS Business Reporter to Aurena. When an Aurena URL is available, it will be added as a separate RMB in IFS Business Reporter. You could navigate to the Information Source page https://IFSURL/main/ifsapplications/web/page/Fact/InformationSource and query for the Information Source in question to see the availability. There should be two types (Client Type) of URLs. IEE and Aurena. Referhttps://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/045_administration_aurena/255_br_and_a/010_Information_Sources/030_configure_information_sources/010_ConfigureISFacts.htm#Information_Source_URLs \Sanjaya
Business Reporter always uses SUM() when aggregating, for repeaters, currently this is the only supported operation from the server. There are some options though. If the data volume is not large (may be couple of thousands), it is possible to bring all the rows to the report and do the min or max operations using Excel functions. Create an IAL for your requirement (exact report query) and create a Quick Information Source and fetch all values to the BR report If this information is available in a light item or dimension item, BR will always return data as “MIN_VALUE-MAX_VALUE”. If both min and max the same, will return only that value. e.g ABC-ZET, 10-25. This way may be you can extract data from EXCEL using the excel functions. You could create a custom (information source) attribute from an existing information source as a light item. Hope this helps. \Sanjaya
