Well, I don't expect such this solution.Once, in version 7.5 app , you could prepare an offer by entering any customer's data and then create it in the system - if we need. But thank you for your help :)
Hi @Link Ok, but what if the customer is interested in the offer and wants to cooperate longer? Is it possible to change a one-time customer into a regular (‘normal’) customer? Is it enough to disable the checkbox later?
You have created a quick report to show already ordered reports from the report archive. Can the user see the ordered report in report archive? If not you will not see it in this quick report. The user can see following reports: Reports ordered by the user itself. All reports ordered, if it has system privilege ADMINISTRATOR. Reports manually distributed to the user. (Not common to use this functionality.) Hi @Tomas Ruderfelt ,This is just report manually distributed to the user, and this user have access to this report, but this user still don’t see the data in report.
Hi @Charith Epitawatta ,I see that the IFSSYS and the IFSPRINT have access to report. But i didn’t see in the Crystal Web Service log file any errors with this report. Or maybe I should looking for some else file with logs of CR ? Generally, the end-user still didn’t see the data in report and this problem there is still :/
Yes, I added. This user has access to SHPORD_INFO_SERVICES_RPV.
I don't see the ‘where’ command in the sql structure of this object ( C_SHOP_ORD_LABEL_REP ) .But this object seems to be in the “ifsapp” schema. How can I get around this? the next part of the query don’t have some command ‘where’
No, there is no 'where' condition,I want to make the whole “.._REP” object available to the user.
Hi, Can I use this a way as customer of IFS ?If yes, How can I do this ?
Hi, You have more information in this link:IFS Applications 10 IEE User Guide | IFS Community Best, Magdalena
Maybe check the settings for the 'DEFAULT' profile, because I see that this user has such a profile. The ‘Life time’ parameter is important - its mean, how long the password is valid. When the deadline expires, the user must change the password.
Yes, thank you! Before, I did’t add this user to ‘users by authorization class’ in General Ledger 😅
Yes, I tested this solution today again and I don’t see the informational message about the need to change my password. @Ruchira Do you think we are dealing with an application bug and should be reported to the IFS team support?
Ok, thank you ,but how will it inform the user's system that it has to change the password ?I have it set to 7 days but I don't see any message when logging in.
Ok, thank you, but I can’t enter the link 🤔 And I wasn’t going to change the predefined permission set. Iam looking for other solution/idea. So, maybe just I add the FND_WEBRUNTIME in the structure specyfic permission set ( which I created especially for the end-user).
Lahiru,The IFSANONYMOUS is a predefined user (this isn’t the enduser). This user gives the option of that endusers have the capability of changing their passwords (when you use IEE to login to the app). This user should be active (Oracle user and app user) otherwise this option will be grayed out. I have this information from support IFS.
