Hi @TopMalinGThe Partner Portal as you know it has been decommissioned at the end of June, 2022. If the issue is that you don’t yet have an account to access the IFS Portal, you can request to register for an account by following the same link and scrolling down the page and selecting ‘Register’ instead of ‘Login to the IFS Portal’. If you are a Partner and require access to the Portal, you can register for a Partner account here. If you already have an account but are still experiencing login issues after trying the link above, the following troubleshooting articles should help: Why am I getting an error whilst trying to log into the IFS Portal?Is there a guide to prevent lockout issues when changing the password?Have there been changes in how to access the Internet Support Center portal?How is the IFS Password changed in the Customer Portal?I hope this helps.Michelle
