ORA-20105: Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (The Currency Posting Amounts for the Invoice TTS are not Balanced) occurred while booking Invoice Automatic Supplier Invoice

Hi Tanif, there are several bugs fir these type issues mainly 159594 , 160141 has solved the same error,the best thing to do is that you can create a case to IFS support and get the error investigated and apply the relevant bug. Best regards,Kanishka

Hi Courtny,please go to posting control window and query for the control type PP38 and control type AC7 and check whether there is an account assigned for the posting type if yes please go into the account and check the validity period of the account and code part demands of the account. Transactions from External Files (CAMT054) are no longer summarized in Mixed Payments

Hi This may happen when the payment date is different form the header date,some changes had been introduced by bug 153884 in UPD9 Note: In the instances when there is no EndtoEndID in the return file, the creation date and time will be considered as the statement date of the External Payment Transaction. The dates of the transactions will not be sorted in the external payment window, based on the statement date, a separate external payment will be created with the date available in the CreDtTm tag.

What is the 'Retroactive Date'?

Hi Nimesh, The general meaning of retroactive date is “Date to which the transaction will get affected”. That isfor change object value transactions (change net value, change acquisition value, add investment) theimpact will be for the depreciation created after the change object value event. But in the systemwe are validating that the retroactive date should be less or equal to the event date and we should havedepreciation done for the event date. Hence if we enter a retroactive date before the event date (whichis allowed) there will not be any impact for the depreciation created. Because we have created depreciationup to that point already. Remove Authorized status on an Expense Sheet before any payment

Hi Vishmala, It depends on the position structure of the employee,normally the employee (subordinate) adds the expenses and authorized by the supervisor/Manager,in that kind of scenario, the authorization status cannot be revoked by the employee who added the expenses, but the manager can remove the authorization,this is the normal functionality in employee and manger self-service. Manual Supplier Invoice - posted state

scenario 1.the person who enters the invoice can post the invoice, but the status will be PrelPosted (not posted to GL) scenario 2.if the person who enters the invoice has not been given access in invoice posting authorizer window this is possible The person entering can Post but it is not authorized, and it does not post to the GL. some with the invoice posting authorizer access need to authorize the posting in order to post the invoice to GL

How do you handle employees with similar names?

How to close year end

Hi sanduni follw below steps, 1) make sure you have run clear cost and revenue and posted the voucher period 13 2) make sure in accounting periods you have period 0 setup for the new year (make sure to RMB and add usergroup) 3) run the preliminary year end 4) run the balance analysis for period 0 of the new year and check to make sure the balance, balance in accounting currency, and the parallel currency are 0. 5) if 4 is true you can close the accounting periods and run final year end-- if the parallel currency is out of balance -- proceed to step 6 6) You will need to determine what account you want to post to and you can setup a statistical account for the other side of the entry since statistical accounts do not roll forward to new year. 7) voucher entry - do a new journal in the last period of the year you are tying to close. -- on the row enter in a currency code other than your home currency - then enter account - put 0 in the amount field - 0 in the currency amount and put i
