What Function Argument from External file template to for 2 decimals

@gumabs I don’t want to manipulate the data file once it is created. The data exported using the External File Assistant creates an outout file based on an External File Template which is used to format the data for output. There is a column for check_amount and one of the records is an even dollar amount, 175, I want this to be formatted and output to a file as 175.00 also if the record is like, 23.5, I want the output to be 23.50. I need the decimal and 2 digits. Can this be output to a CSV file or is there another file type I should use.Thank you for your input,

What Function Argument from External file template to for 2 decimals

@Charith Epitawatta , thank for your response. I know how to change the cell format but that was not what I need. I need the External File Template to output the data in the correct format. Is it possible to use the detail functions to output the data to a csv file in the requested format (50.20, 135.00) as examples. Thank you,

How to remove special characters when using INET_TRANS for XML

We created a Transformer file and added it to the routing address. This removed the special characters from the export file.

What would cause the error: Route departure date is not within current calendar?

I had to update and Genterate the Work Time Calendar for the next year. Once generated, error was resolved.

@Marcel.Ausan, I don’t think it is the Customer calendar, this is not populated for any customer. I think it might be an accounting calendar. If I reduce the Number of route days to make the Wanted delivery day fall before 1/1/2024, If it falls into 2024 I get the error.

How do I change the default File_Sender1 for a new supplier?

@udlelk , I understand how to create different Instances. What I don’t know is how or where I go in IFS to map or configure specific Suppliers to have their POs go to the correct Instances.Example: When I “Send” a PO for Supplier “A101” it goes to File_Sender1 instance. But when I “Send” a PO for Supplier “B222” it goes to the same File_Sender1 instance and I need it to go to a different Instance File_Sender_B222. What am I missing? How to I have IFS send to the correct Instance?Thank you,

Print Job stops running - Reason: Internal Server Error

@Charith Epitawatta , Thank you for your help. Can you tell me what the difference is between the log files.What does the access.log capture, I see IP connection but why?. I also see there os an IntServer1.out and an IntServer1.log file, what do they capture? I do see an error but I don’t know if this causing issues. Can you help advise? Print Manager error message An item with the same key has already been added.

I resolved the issue causing this error. This error only occured when generating a report that used print media “continuos” feed or reciept paper. What I found was in Crystal report page settings, the page length had to be less than the length of the printer stock paper length setting. When the length are the same IFS would only print the first page and then generate the error in Print Manager, even though if you view the document in Report Archive you can see it is multiple pages long. I was getting the errors in Print Manager multiple times daily until I made this change, now no errors in Print Manager and multi page reports are printing correctly.
