Normally custom metadata will override the base line relationships. But it’s better you try this in DEV environment first. Additionally, I have provided here some information regarding the Custom Metadata. You can also specify your own metadata to override certain properties of supplied metadata, new field labels and descriptions, or completely new screens that can replace screens that we supply. There are two categories of metadata that you cannot override:You cannot change the column type. If a column value is required, you cannot make it optional.About Table Relationships -> Metadata defines the relationship between a table and any child tables. For example, the request_unit table is defined by us as a child of the request table, using the request ID as the key column that links the two tables together. You can create your own relationships as well, specifying the tables and the key columns that link the two together. At times you want to display information that is not directly rela
You can create a custom Metadata for REQUEST Table. Then according to your requirement, create the Relation Map record and the Default Def record. In Custom Metadata, you can provide whatever the Primary Table, Related Table, Primary Column Name, Related Column Name and build the relationship as you wish. In the Default Def, you have to provide the DB Table and the Column, that you need to access the value. This Custom Metadata will override the FSM metadata and will satisfy your requirement.

Hi @ADNAN I have just tried to explain the existing solution here for you.First, You have to create a directory name "Themes” to the installation directory of smart client. Then add xml theme files to that directory. Eg : C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FSM6U5\ClientDev\ThemesFor example, There is custom theme XAML file created as MyTheme.xaml and it looks like this, You will need to set the PATH_TO_CUSTOM_THEMES app param to point to the directory where you are storing your custom themes. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FSM6U5\ClientDev\ThemesI have set the above path to the App param PATH_TO_CUSTOM_THEMES. You should provide your corresponding path to this App param.Make sure to Refresh Cache and then try logging back into the client. You should be able to see your custom theme under File > UI Themes

Hi,Normally Contacts created for End customers. Because we need to keep our customer information in the system, rather than giving permission to login to the system. Therefore, just create Contact. But to report Request to the Customer Portal we need to give the access for some customers. In that situation we need to create Person for that customer and provide FSM License Type as CUSTPORTAL. No need to create Contact for Office staff employees, since we can keep those information Person itself.Even though Contact is there, cannot log in to the system. For login to the system, there should be a Person for that Contact. Person only can log in to the system. Status of the UserTo represent user as Active user, need to set Person status field as Active user.Rather than deleting user from the table, set Person status field as In-Active user if no longer exist. Otherwise you will lose their work history.License Type of the UserFSM application consist of many Portals.SMART Client ->
