Hi Ishu,Sometimes the DST when resegmenting can change the atomic schedules which may cause the plan margin to decrease. This is not something to really worry about unless you see significant decline in the schedule quality.We have chosen to recently change this from an error to a warning.Thanks,Kai
Hi Iulia, If you are using the quick filter which is the text box at the top right of the Gantt chart, then only the Gantt chart will be filtered. If you set up a filter using the filter menu then that should apply across the whole application, so I would expect that the fix to resource will be filtered. If it is not, then it sounds like a bug. Hi Rehaan,It is possible to export and import the system data which will contain the filters. We do not currently support exporting and importing filters between different systems. User can share a filter and another user on the same system can import it.The filters may refer to specific data in a dataset that may not be valid when imported into a new system.This would be a good feature and you could raise it as an idea for R&D to consider. Hi Keith,You are correct that background shift generation will only create Rota items from a shift template up to a defined period set by the parameter BackgroundRotaGenerationDays. You can increase this parameter from the default of 4 weeks if you have shift patterns longer. Any more questions let me know.Thanks,Kai

Hi ctaylor56,You could use availabilities to restrict when the activity can start. For instance you would have to add 1 second availabilities for the activity at 15 minute intervals. This would lead to being unnecessary gaps in the schedule though.Thanks,Kai
Hi Vinu,You cannot remove this tag from within PSO. The tag is just used as a placeholder for the root xml node. I agree that it is probably not the best tag so I will raise an internal bug to look at changing it.The usage endpoint fetches data from the table ‘Schedule_Data_Usage’ for an organisation between the two dates provided in the request. The table ‘Schedule_Data_Usage’ records the total data usage of the system each time a schedule is processed. The ‘usage_type_id’ describes the statistic that is recorded and ‘value’ shows the respected valueThanks,Kai
