Link IAL query to a projection or Query Builder projection? is it possible ?

I have not tested it but it “should” work to read from it in a Workflow.You can’t have any actions in those projections to change data. That has to be done by other projections, “normal” or STD entity.

Looking at the package names in the error message, YVDMS_ etc., you have a German extension installed which most probably causes this.I have no more information than that.Maybe search for YVDMS in our internal sharepoint site “MyIFS” and you might find something?

Change view from PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_ALL to PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE.PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_ALL is a join with PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB which you have triggered on and as Shehan says that will cause an error.

If you do not want to change the parameters you could use a PLSQL block to send into the deferred job in the event instead. IFS Cloud - How to access old read-only field values

If the requirement is to always show the PO number from the CO at the time of first invoice creation. Maybe you can create a persistent field on customer order and save the value there with a workflow.Then you can use that field in the custom field for invoice.Reprint original is just showing the PDF connected to the record in the report archive so the original PO number is not re-fetched from any table in the database. So you can’t access it.

Not sure why you want to add CustomerOrderLine, isn’t it a load of an external files of lines that shall be added to PreAccounting?Anyway, key between those PreAccounting and CustomerOrderLine is pre_accounting_id.company and contract are not keys in PreAccounting.

I made a simple test with a GROUP BY and it works fine. If you post more information about your datasource it is easier to help you.Now I can only guess, you are not selecting CREATED_DATE without exactly the same to_char function as in the GROUP BY clause?

Pre accounting is a bit special. You need to send in CONTRACT (Site) but it is only used to fetch a date in the logic.You also need to send in COMPANY so that the code part value you enter can be validated towards the existing code part values.

This is most likely due to an error in the definition of the custom field.If you open the log window you should be able to see the real error message, not just “An internal server error occurred. Contact administrator.” which doesn’t give us any clues about what can be wrong.If you need help with the specific definition you can also post how the custom field is defined.

Custom Page/View not Found in Query

The only user I’m aware of that gets things granted to it automatically is the IFSINFO user. That is the one I normally use for investigations / tests.

Yes, that user do not get granted automatically.You could use the IAL user (IFSINFO) instead. That one should get permissions to see views and tables automatically when publishing.

Unable to create IAL as NOT live data in IFS Cloud?

@Tomas Ruderfelt I have a similar issue. I am trying to change the replication option of an existing IAL but the ‘Use Live Data’ option is the only one available when I edit. There is no option to select ‘Copy All Data’. Does that have to be selected when the IAL was originally created? Would I just need to delete this and then recreate it with that option selected? Yes, it must be created with “Create IAL for Live Data Only”.Yes, you need to create a new one with “Create IAL for Live Data Only” deselected.

Finding the correct item from the report archive

Hi Thomas, Thanks for the replay that makes sense. Do you know if this has been updated in IFS Cloud? It seems like something you would want to have (e.g. a way to link the report to the entity that generated it) but perhaps there are things in the background that I don’t fully understand that make that a difficult proposition. I will dig into the report actions. It’s actually the solution that we came to on our own, attaching the document to the customer order, so that we are not “guessing” if it’s the correct document. The functionality is the same in IFS Cloud.
