Okay, I am still confused here. So you created a SUPOA then matched it with an MSI which had the actual expense accounts, is this matching also in the cash box?Since you are recording a direct cash payment, there cannot be any invoice involved, only the manual accounts, is that in balance?
What is the transaction you are trying to process? In your screenshot there seems to be supplier payments as well. Cashbox does not allow 0 value transactions.
Can you try it after making AC2 the default in user group per voucher series?

Hi,It could also happen in a situation where you have a heirarchy of Shop orders where multiple SFGs are created when lot based costing is used.. Until a shop order is closed, the inventory cost of the item is based on the weighted avg cost and not the actual cost of the raw materials used (and other cost factors). Lets assume the shop order created for Raw Material → SFG 1 (SO1) is not closed, but the shop order created using the same lot, SFG1→ FG(SO2) is completed and closed. The cost is still average cost based.If you don’t have a process to close the shop orders at month end, the SO1, will remain open and contain the average cost. If someone or a process closes SO1, it will take the actual cost and will start revaluing all shop orders connected to the lot created by SO1. This can cause shop orders to open, however it should automatically close as well.Not sure if this is relevant to your problem, just another reason that SOs can open.Pamith

Hi You could either use ‘Stage Billing’ functionality, which is suitable if its a non-inventory sales. You could also use the ‘Customer Advance invoice’ in the Customer order to collect the customer receipts.Pamith

Hi,If you are using the regular excel upload, there is no way to delete the old transactions. Only way is to upload a fake bank statement with opposite values, then match the old line and the new line as long as the amounts tally.Pamith
Hi Viraj,If you have a test enviroment which you can replicate the problem in, you can try setting the ‘Create Postings at Invoice Entry’ in Company/Invoice Tab to TRUE. Then try to create an invoice and save an it would show you any error if there is any.Also I assume you have filled the voucher tab of the manual customer invoice correctly.Pamith

Hi @PamithK Have you tried testing the transformation rule by RMB > Test transformation? Here you can give example key value of the target lu object and see if it correctly fetches the associated source object keys.
