Can you confirm which App you are trying to get running?The MWO Service 10 App has no deployment in the Touch Apps Server.
I am not talking about a specific Permission Sets. I am asking if you have granted the “TouchApps ServiceEngApp 1” Activites (shown below) to a permission set that you have granted to your user:

This will not work on the New Service Request screen. This is an offline screen, the app will not fetch the custom reference field when entering new dataCheersJames
Point to note - if you have changed your users configuration context then you need to deactivate MWO and login again from the beginning. Context is only fetched on first initialization.CheersJames

Yes this is doable but the issue is that at present you cannot add custom logic. So its just a basic page with basic data entry.If this is needed the best route is via a Customization at present until custom logic is added into the configuration capabilities in a future releaseCheersJames

Okay, I am not sure if device logs were added to the iOS version on Apps 9. Perhaps you can view the Touch Apps Server logs to see if there is an error shown there which may give you an idea of the problem.CheersJames

You could use a standard API to create the service request via IFS Cloud and transfer to mobile but there is no way today you can create this in MWO directly from GIS.CheersJames

This sounds like you do need to raise a support ticket on the server down issues you are seeing.To resolve the issue with your user account and expired password. There is a support group that handles account related issues like this. You need somebody else to raise a ticket on your behalf explaining your issue and the support group will handle this and give you access once again.CheersJames
