I solved it. The problem is about “&AO”. In the data source, I forgot to write “&AO” before API.
inventory_part_in_stock_uiv view has last_activiy_date column but when something changes on inventory part it also changes.
Start with the Inventory Transactions History overview - inventory_transaction_hist2 and define a data set through a query that is what you consider usage (this can vary by company). Do this by selecting the site and transaction codes at a minimum that you want to show as your dataset. You can filter this by your 6 month criteria, then use that as the sub-query or comparison to the current quantity on hand. Then you could determine the items that haven’t had movement against your selected usage codes, but are still showing in stock. We call this slow-moving inventory. Thank you Sir.

One of our departments has permission to reach the Customer Order page. We want to hide price columns from that department. How can we hide those columns from the department who reach the Customer Order page? Thanks. Unfortunately not possible to restrict it fully. You can hide it using the column chooser and apply that change to their base profiles, but nothing would stop them from un-hiding it, unless you also remove the permission to amend columns (on all screens). We applied this method, we wonder any other way to make it better.
We are using 9. Our production is project-based. There is no serial production. Planning and R&D department may change the configurations of a part. Due to they have permission for Customer Order.
We can disable Column Chooser and Reset Current View options but the problem is the user can not change anything on a list like changing width or order of the list. And it will affect all listing screens.

If they had some other starting page e.g. a customer order lobby, with the ability to jump from there into the edit configuration screen, would that work? We have to ask what the departments want excatly.
Client_Sys.Add_Info is working but it does not work while Releasing order.
Client_Sys.Add_Info is not generally supported. It happens to work in a few places in IFS. But if it doesn’t work where you are working, there’s nothing you can do. It is not a supported feature. Is there another way to do that? Raising an error is not a solution to this problem.

We want to hide SHOW SQL option from quick report. We checked debug console and couldn't find presentation object of SHOW SQL option. How can we find it? I believe you get this option if you have ‘Define SQL’ granted in ‘System Privileges’. The user didn't have this authorization and I also extract ‘DEFINE SQL’ from all permission sets but still, the user can reach the SHOW SQL option
