Supplier Schedule Delivery Dates incorrect due to the Bank Holiday

Once you have checked what is suggested above where you have to verify the calendar exceptions, what are the values in the Horizon definitions of the Schedule Template that is connected to the Supplier Sched Agreement in Supplier Schedule Basic Data?If it is like this,Then you can change it to below by making sure the 'Period size' is 1 Day (Period Unit). However, in instances where you need more span of time to aggregate demand, increase the 'Number of Periods' in the Horizon.

Applying Sales Promotion Deal

Hi,The basic steps are as follows. However the get section could depend on price, discount amount or discount % as preferred.Create a Sales Charge Type with Charge Category Promotion. Create a Campaign with a Sales Start Date today and a Sales End Date a couple of weeks ahead. In the Sales Promotions tab, add Deal ID 1 with the Charge Type from step 1. Enter a Buy ID and then enter the Sales Part and Min Qty. In the Get section, select the radio button for Discount (could also be price or discount amount) and add a discount. Add a Get ID and enter the Sales Part. Add a site in Valid for Sites and also a customer in the Valid for Customers tab. RMB to Activate it. Create a new CO header for the customer and save. Add a CO line for the minimum pcs of Sales Part. The system informs that the sales part is connected to sales promotion deal 1. Release the CO header, which will trigger that the Sales Promotion calculation is executed. This will result in Sales Promotion charge line being ad

@Nethmie Pasqual, i have done all these steps but in my case i am not getting the charges lines, can you suggest what can be the probable mistakes? Hi,Is the currency in the campaign and the customer order the same? And are you entering a qty that matches the minimum qty of above?Thanks,Nethmie

Thanks for your support. find below my RO1 rule Hi Hary, since you have put “include steps based on limits”, The system will only generate authorization steps until a step with enough authorization has been reached. Therefore if you select either of the rest of the 2 options, you will see all steps in the routing template in your PO.Below are the formal definitions of the other 2 steps which is available in the help text.Include All Steps and Consider Limits - The system will copy all the steps in the Authorization routing template and validate the authorization limit of the last step while authorizing the purchase order or purchase requisitionInclude All Steps do not Consider Limits - The system will copy all the steps in the Authorization routing template without validating the authorization limit of the last step while authorization in the purchase order or purchase requisition

Component Customer Order - Undo Delivery

Hi,According to a previosuly raised solution, flows such as delivering non charged components to the supplier, which creates a PURSHIP transaction, or exchange components, which creates a EX-SHIP transaction, there are no new business events or functionality to support Undo Delivery.So you may try out RMA option and see as mentioned above.Br,Nethmie

How to stop customer order modification after "Released" state?

Hi Saiful,If you just want to block the order for the timebeing such as to prevent it from being reserved, picked, delivered and invoiced, you can RMB on the customer order header and click on “Manually Block Order”. Then the order status will change to “Blocked” and you will not be able to do any which is mentioned earlier. Then when you need to proceed it again, you can RMB on the header and click on “Bloked Info” and then do the ‘Release Blocked Order” step and get it to the released state again. However you can still make changes to the quantity.Hope this is your requirement.

Receiving stocks under different cost levels.

Hi Devindya, As Vimkuthi mentioned we would need to know what the business requirement is behind this but having just looked at your question if its just a matter of getting different costs in each PO arrival & receipt transaction, i feel like if you use LIFO,FIFO or Weighed average costing method you can get it done as it takes the purhcase price as the cost if you recieve through a PO and if through a direct receipt into stock then you have to manually define the cost. Standard costing always takes a fixed value so none of this is possible.Br,Nethmie

Approved supplier list and PO authorization

Hi Anupa,1.If the supplier is included in an approved supplier list in approved state with no existing valid authorization rule,then when a PO is released no authorization is required.2.If the Supplier is included in an approved supplier list in approved state and if a valid authorization rule exists,when the PO is released the authorization is required. Routing template will be fetched from the rule.3.If the Supplier is included in an approved supplier list and in not approved state with no valid authorization rule, when the PO is released the authorization is required. Here the Routing template will be fetched from the approved supplier list.4.If the Supplier is included in an approved supplier list and in not approved state with an existing valid authorization rule. When the PO is released the authorization is required. Routing templates will be fetched from both the approved supplier list and authorization rule. Thanks,Nethmie
