Hi @Srikanth , You will definitely have to go for customization to do this change. This cannot be done as a configuration as in FSM. Using a custom field label name on top of this label is not ideal and a feasible option. You will have to customize the core layer and do your layout changes.Thanks,Roshanga
What is the screen in the IEE client you are reffering to after inserting a record directly in the database? Maybe there is a where condition from the client-side to filter out certain data
@Hans Andersen please send me a screen shot after opening the system info and placing the cursor on the Employee ID field
@Hans Andersen , Open the System Info on the taskbar of the application. Then place the cursor on the Employee ID field. You will see the required info on the System Info. But, I cannot see this employee id field on the standard core application. I doubt whether this is a custom field on the shop floor workbench itself?
@ProThushA hope this data is saved not in a custom field? As far as i know custom fields are not possible to search via keyword search
@ProThushA , please go to the search domain and query CustomerOrder. then click the Synchronized link and it will take you to the task schedule of the CustomerOrder. Check whether the task is active and the schedule of the execution. When a record is saved, keywords are getting updated using this task and this needs to be enabled.
Try granting role IFSAPP_ALL and refresh security cache. It might help
Hi, First, try to give a different output other than sending an email to confirm this is not an issue with the custom event (trigger). If another output type (Error message, etc) works then we can check if there is an issue with emails. /Roshanga
