@Charith Epitawatta As you mentioned unicode option enabled feature allows you to fetch the unicode data. this will make sure whether the data is unicode in PLSQL developer tool.

How to create a user with unlimited password expiry?

SAP Crystal Reports Server Setup

Do you have a 32-bit ODBC connection on the server? The CRS software itself is 64-bit, but the part that runs Crystal is still 32-bit, so you have to have a 32-bit connection. You can find the 32-bit ODBC Administrator at C:Windows\syswow64\odbcad32.exe.

you can do multiple user profile export and import. F1 documentation clearly explains it.Export/Import Profile SettingsA Profile can be exported to the file system. The link Export to File... saves the Profile as an xml file. These Profile values can then be imported back into a Profile, the same or another Profile, using the Import From File... link.In the Export to File dialog you may choose whether or not to include "auto complete" Profile entries in the exported Profile. Auto complete entries refers to data stored in the Profile about what the user has written in fields in the application where the auto complete is turned on. Auto Complete is function that can give suggestion what to type in a field based on what you previously have written. Configure IFS Applications 10 to use port 443 instead of standard 48080

Yes, I have used 443 default SSL port and reconfigured MWS. that way you can use the url without 48080 as well.e.g https://<mws_host_name>.com

Hi, I have seen this error when we use custom objects.specially custom menus.Custom Menu window allows users to enter duplicate 'Source Key Name' values when creating 'Create Window with Transfer' action type custom menus therefore, custom menus cannot be created.This has been corrected in UPD6 with fix 149422.

IFS Login page takes long after typing the user name and password

Hi @aaly , did you try to do the managed deployment and try to launch the page from there?you can copy the the runtime folder from the MWS home into the client machine and run ifs_fnd_explorer.exe from there and try. this way client machine does not not have to download the dlls .since this is specifc user, you can do this. but the drawback is when you apply t a change to the MWS, you need to replace the runtime again from MWS runtime.I assume, this is a feature download issue, this can happen due to recent windows updates or network connection.

Yes, I would suggest the restarting the DB and MWS server as well. this looks like to me a failure of the authentication from your LDAP or Azure authentication.Please check the setup as well. you can find the details of how to setup inF1 Technical documentation under security\Authentication configuration.

Changing Crystal Web Service IFSSYS password

Best approach is to change the ifssys password in the reconfiguration screen so that it can reflect with the database. then get the crystal zip file and reinstall CR web server. that way, it will point the CR config file to correct database and correct credentils to IFSPRINT and IFSSYS as well.

I assume you are checking whether in app10 whether there are any inbuilt rules in SOD.answer is NO. it is exactly same as in App9. reason is it let the customer to create their own rules to users depending on their duties.
