Hi @Sajith Anushan,For Azure environments, if we want to extract the PSO Broadcast file, is there a way to do that? Regards,Shamika
Hi @jimmy hultman Thank you for the update. I have removed the records from threesixty_ram_load_history for disabled users to see if that helps. Also I am using SSO ID to login to FSM and launching PSO from FSM only. Also my person record is having PSO system user enabled but in PSO I can see 2 users one with SSO ID and one with Person ID. Could this be an issue? If yes should only the sso id resides here? Thanks,Shamika
Hi @jimmy hultman Thank you for the prompt reply. But I am not able to access this. Regards,Shamika
Hi @Sajith Anushan @sarugb @Dayan Wijesinghe Even after updating the parameter CommitToAllocatedShift, the issue still persists. I have updated the case with a task_id where we tried to allocate a task to ISP bucket which was previously allocated to Direct technician for future date ie 28th April, 2023. It got allocated without an issue. But then when we commit it, it is again getting committed to current shift. Can you please look into this urgently and provide your comments? Regards,Shamika
Hi @Sajith Anushan @sarugb Thank you for the input. But one thing I want to double check that the impact of this workaround will be only on manually committed tasks and will the behavior of AllowPartiallyCommittedBucketRoutes parameter still remains same ie if we try to commit the task on a bucket shift which is already having some committed tasks will it still work or not? Regards,Shamika
@Saranga Amaraweera While creating a person record, should we first update the start location and end location and then tick the scheduling resource flag to create a scheduling resource record in FSM? Please confirm if this sequence needs to be followed. In our case, we have an interface to create technician wherein we are first updating threesixty_resource flag and then updating start/ end location and sometime we see multiple scheduling resource getting created
@Sajith Anushan I have configured the Object Group and it is working fine for the Planning section but under Scheduling section, I can still see Resource data/ Activity data for other object groups. Is it expected behaviour? Then how to restrict data under Scheduling tab? Is there any option apart from using filters?
@Sajith Anushan Thank you for the help. It is now working.
@Sajith Anushan Thank you for your reply. I am trying to use Divisions/ Regions for achieving this as per your suggestion. I have updated Region in address which is flowing to PSO against the activity. Also I have created same regions in PSO as Divisions and assigned some technicians against each division. Also I have created the shifts of the technician separately for each division. Now my expectation is based on the region of the activity, PSO should allocate a technician who belongs to the same division. But that is not happening. Am i missing anything here?
