Hi Marika,If your part’s cost level is set to Cost Per Part or it’s inventory valuation method set to Weighted average , this triggers a cost calculation and locking of the table for that record whenever there is a transaction, but the lock shouldn’t even take a second and once done it should release the lock. Please check whether there are background jobs running for recalculating cost on this part. This would need some technical investigations on why that particular part is always locked but if I simply put there is a database lock for that particular part. A Database restart should be a simple fix but keep on monitoring that part’s transactions.

So if the data doesn't reach the client within 60 seconds it will not retry unless that your refresh interval is too narrow. If your data doesn’t change frequently please go ahead and change the refresh interval to a larger value that will certainly improve the performance and reduce the load in the database.

Hi,Devices that run windows mobile CE 6.5 still support IFS Apps10 with a. CAB file, however, this is legacy and not recommended. There is a newer version named Aurena native client which supports any device that runs Windows 10. This client is released after IFS Apps10 Upd8.

Hi @Anna Hagström,The customer has ADFS authentication enabled, some two years back he had performance issues with this setup at a remote server, so the suggestion was to have it in local. He is using the domain name as in example.user@domain.com to log in, all the users are able to login likewise except this user. The user is able to login to IEE without an issue. I think @Harsha asked the customer to use his normal username/password to login to the mobile client, which didn’t help either. According to this article in share point Windows mobile devices are still using basic authentication. The fact that its only happening for a single user still baffles me.

Hi Anushka,I think this is there to suggest to stop any performance-related problems, you need to implement an in-house identity provider for authentication rather than something remote. Remote is still possible but it seems that it could cause issues.
