Hi, we are on 6.11.0.18.We are also now seeing this error intermittently too:An error occurred on the workbench client (client id 172.17.201.84 PSW). Can you tell us what this is?Thanks

Thank you, we have fixed the URL in the app param and have the link working. My last question is a long shot, is there a way to configure the URL to open the link WITHIN our existing FSM session? We are seeing a new FSM session open in a new browser tab currently. Thanks

Plan Value Decreased (resulting in unallocation)

I haven’t been able to find any differences in the saved schedule XMLs.Also, I am now seeing examples where the activity is Unallocated immediately after appointment booking. Can you expand on the activity value/margin please? Do you just means shown here, or is there more detail somewhere I can review? The part I am struggling with is comparing a shift plan value before the new activity with one after the new activity is introduced. For us, we never want PSO to exclude a scheduled task/activity in order to try and increase the plan value.

FSM Allocations - standard behavior when Scheduling a Task

Hi, I do not have a case open. We are going though some upgrades etc with PSO, so currently have our auto-commit feature disabled. But once we have returned to business as usual, I will re-evaluate the issue and open a case if necessary. Thanks

Thanks, We book appointments directly in FSM, which send over Primary Time Commitments.We currently do not use displacements.And in many of the examples of unallocation, there is nothing else on the schedule in their place.

We are on 6.9 it turns out.So this feature is unavailable to me. We are seeing a significant issue with activities being booked via Book Appointment successfully, but some time after, becoming Unallocated in PSO. I cannot find any information in FSM or PSO as to why these are being Unallocated. Most examples can be immediately, successfully rebooked via Book Appointment. Is there anything else I can use to determine why the activites were unallocated? Thanks

Travel Cost Model

Thanks again. Is there any other configuration I should consider in order to achieve a scheduling behavior that looks to schedule the activities when we have a pre existing route already in that area? Like a do on location incentive, but within a certain radius of the activity being scheduled instead of the same exact location.

Travel Cost Model

Thanks Tom,I actually mistyped, I should have said a “Travel time from start location” of 2 hours , and a “Journey time” of 1 hour between jobs. So from what you wrote, it looks like I have what I need to allow for further travel for the first activity, while slightly clustering the calls from then on. I will begin to reign the 1 hour “Journey time” if validation goes well in order to further promote a scheduling behavior of keeping all tasks for the day in one local area.

Dynamic is 7 days, appointment window is 233 (we needed 8 months total)The below Scheduling App Params are the same in our Dev environment too, where we are not seeing this issue.

I’m not sure it is. If we use Book Appointment, the tasks come over fine. But if we manually schedule in FSM (assigned a planned start date and owner) then the task does not appear in PSO IF the planned start date is +30 days into the future, despite both methods of scheduling creating the same Primary Time Commitment. I have attempted toggling on DoNotSchedule in each instance with no effect.

Book Appointment pending selection - status in PSO (Allocated v Do Not Schedule)

Exactly, yes. Our business model requires most of our work to have appointments made with customers. So we implemented configuration to send most tasks over to PSO, that way they are visible on the PSO map, and can be scheduled based on geographic location. Our internal system config team were unable to find DoNotSchedule as an option for scheduling status. Is there a code table for these Scheduling Statuses we could locate in FSM to ensure DoNotSchedule is an active, usable status?
