Identifying last selected line on RMB action

Hi, I am not sure whether your requirement is achievable with PL SQL block which send to DB via custom RMB.How do you define last line. User can select a particular line from here and there from the all line.What you can think of only sorting orders. May be with line no,Your selection of lines happen in client side and until it is passed to db via the pl sql block DB doesn’t know your selected line. If you have the client code changing capability then client code can find what is your last selected line and do the specific login on that

unable to modify delivery date on PO

Hi @Hashmit ,The given error comes when ‘new_total_line_amount’ differs ‘old_total_line_amount’.price_conv_factor, currency_rate,total_line_amt_with_tax are considered when calculating the new line total.IF purchase authorization rule is in ‘CHANGES_ALLOWED’ kind of setting and still you get the error for some lines then I believe that there will be some changes in items that needed for calculation new line total upon change in delivery date. There are some more items used in calculating new total line amount. Above mentioned items are some of them I thought there can be change depending on date change.

why a custom event on Customerorder table is not triggered when the order is create by inter_site automation?

Hi,The event should be triggered. You can add a error message before any logic and check whether the background job which create the customer order get any error.

Hi, One idea . you can use custom check box column for lines for selection purpose and use custom RMB in customer order header. Do what ever requirement in the logic and and deselect the check box after logic execution.

Hi, In custom RMB line is identified by rowkey/objkey and PL SQL block is send one by one line wise.If you write the custom RMB logic in customer order level and get the lines to CURSOR then you can sort and do some thing

Hello Dumeesha, Thank you for your reply. I have tried using Ascii code, but I got the same result, accents are not displayed. Hi,I had a issue in PL SQL when Identifying Nordic characters. The reason was because of this below registry entry. Then I followed below post and did the windows environment variable setting as indicated there and able to solve the issue. Hi, If single sign on is enabled and if you need to login to aurena as some one else then you should be able to do that by adding your e mail address to directory id of some one else account. Then you log on to the profile of that person. You are using the login of that person.

IFS9 - custom view and page - can I ?

Hi,What is the associate logical unit for this. Is that under Excluded logical units ?Is this a customized LU and view ?In some logical units if we need to extend a view then we need to include it to approved views If it is under excluded logical units or if you have another reason for that then I can suggest to have a new custom logical unit with same information to the view you specify and your new fields. You can get the data in your ACTIVE_TEAM_OPERATIONS to new customer table via scheduling a event action. Write data insert logic in the event action and schedule the event actions to get new data according ly. May be triggering when at the point of new data to ACTIVE_TEAM_OPERATIONS.

Hi @Kavinda_Jay , If this is executed in background there should be a associated background jobs for printing customer order confirmation. If any one is failed then NOTIFICATION will not generated. Please execute an example and check whether is there any background job created.

Customer Order Confirmation is not sending to a customer contact

Hi,If basic data set up is correct you can check whether the given e mail address is correct by sending e mail to that e mail address via Routing address - Example : Mail to some one. As per your description you mention that history also has the information about e mail sending history for the contact. Then that means basic data is correct. Anyway please check the below basic data.On the Customer/Address/General Address Info tab, in the Comm. Method area, the communication method should be set to E-mail and the receiver's e-mail address must be specified in the Value field for the respective customer name. The same customer name should be given in the Customer Contact field of the Customer/Address/Sales Address Information tab.A value in the Reference field must have been entered in the _Customer Order/Order Details tab. If a valid customer contact exists in the Customer/Address/Sales Address Information_ tab, then that value will automatically be set as the reference value, and be use

HTTP method 'GET' not allowed for this resource comes when saving a configuration in customer order page

Hi @chanaka-shanil , Customer has increased the proxy time out and now they are able to save. But they believe that it should take less than 3 min to save a change in page designer. It seems that they are getting more that 3 min to save a change and they asked us to investigate. This performance issue is there only in Customer order window. Then do I have to trace the DB code related ‘CreateOrReplaceArtifactConfiguration’ to find it out or is there any other way ? I am waiting DB access from them for the moment

HI @tjude , The LU connected to the given tab (“ALL” in Inventory part availability window) is not allowed to create custom fields as there is no base view for that. You can see the information when you go to create custom field. Tehn you may need to get it done via a customization
