Hi @GangadharPitta,The above only describes how you setup the existing Tabular Models.Tabular Models is not an IFS technology, but a Microsoft one. IFS Cloud only contains ready made ‘shortcuts’ that the Cloud pushes to the SQL server so a traditional installation is not needed (as was the case with Cubes).I just happened to have a similar customer case, so here’s some information from R&D:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/050_reporting/600_analysis_models/080_customconfig/we have the documentation around how to customize the model to add a new table, column etc. using the application itself.If that is not enough, the customer can create a new model of their own by using the tables, views which are already in the SQL server DB using a visual studio project. There is no IFS documentation for that as this is not an IFS offering. We experienced this problem after running for almost a year with no resource problems.We are using Scale:10 , but we still get this error when changing the certificate with the mtinstaller. The new certificate installs, but the installer waits for the 15min timeout and then gives this error failing installation. Everything still works, but how will it be for example with a delivery install…So any new thoughts on what can cause this error?

My case was traced to SFTP - that didn’t work but SSH did.The reason was that in /etc/ssh/sshd_config it was specified/usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server -L verbosebut that run on the command line gives a ‘usage’ response, ie. there’s no parameter -L (it is -l according to usage)I dropped the parameter altogether so that it read only/usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server restarted sshd, and that solved the issue.Maybe the parameters have changed at some point and -L has been dropped from the current version of sftp-server while the config file has not been updated..?

@Marcel.Ausan how is this performance-wise?While small queries can surely be run, wouldn’t this expose the system to daytime large queries that should rather be run off-peak or off-site?Depends on the usage of course, I’ve heard some customers have been successful with direct access for small queries even though it is not recommended. It’s a fine line and should be used with insight.
While I can’t give you a definitive answer on K8S, you should also monitor the main certificate expiration. You can find the expiration date from the browser on your IFS Cloud page.Also see https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/030_administration/120_monitoring/020_app_mon/100_app_mon_metrics/030_app_mon_metrics/140_certificate/ .The main certificate is set in the beginning of your ifscloud-values.yaml -file , from a file on your management server. You do need to renew the file and install it using the ‘mtinstaller’ feature (which also runs as part of a normal delivery install).Rebuilding the linux box also regenerates K8S certificates, as they are generated by the system. This needs to be done anyhow to update remote-bins with new versions, which is expected to occur at least yearly if not twice. Maybe the VPN was already built for migrations, but if not you can request it with a ‘Report something else’ ticket asking for a BI VPN connectivity (they’ll send a form to be filled in by your IT).As you mention API, perhaps you are looking for a direct connection. Direct connections are not recommended, because BI activities produce a significant load on the IFS Oracle database causing performance issues for the regular usage of IFS Cloud.The way IFS BI works is by transferring the data to an off-site BI database which can be queried by PowerBI. This solution is provided as supported by IFS, however, if required, it is technically possible to develop a non-supported solution using the same Access Views in IFS Cloud (details on Access Views through the menu of the link above).
The managed cloud (service) is worry-free and doesn’t require customer infrastructure.This should be the default choice.The remote deployment option exists for special cases, such as for customers working with data that is somehow limited in where it can reside etc. , for example on the defense sector. It does however require much more from the customer IT, so should only be implemented if managed cloud is not an option for some verified reason.

This is probably a focus thing, the page is constructed of several elements and only the data bit contains the shortcuts. Not sure if anything can be done here, this is the way modern browsers work.We could of course evaluate for example setting the focus on the data bit as default.

Does the user IFSSCIM have the permission set FND_SCIM_ADMIN ?
Credential problems are usually token transfer problems, maybe it got tainted when copypasting etc.I would try to recreate the token. Many cases like this have been resolved with it.
Have you tried with a real printer?Have you sometimes got it working with the PDF-printer?Since the default PDF printers usually have an user interface (you have to select where to print it) it sounds to me as it would not work with software automation such as this.Install a real printer and see how it goes with that.

Sorry, that is the SSO video.SCIM should handle user creation for you, no manual creation of the users needed on the IFS side. Do you have the users provisioned to the application on the Azure side?
