Quotation date only populates after print preview

Hi @EILCTHOMPSON as stated by @Pilar Franco this field is populated after the first print of the report. I agree that it would be beneficial if the field was populated after the email process has been executed. I would suggest a custom command to email the quotations, within the logic it would, Release the Quotation Print the Quotation (this changing the required date) Emailing the Quotation I would also suggest you create an idea. Is this something you can do in native IFS, or is this a modification/customisation? Thanks

Actually we find Scan It on Android very responsive.In data_capture_session_tab we have 240,000 rowsIn data_capture_session_line_tab we have 8,100,000 rowsI’m guessing that won’t be helping :-)

@Dario Zani Scan-It (Windows) it is consistently slower.We are only taking a second or two.Or sometimes it can be fast, then slow down, then resume speed.

Hi @Rukmal Fernando For Wadaco I mean a Windows 10 device with a barcode scanner and Chrome logged into IFS in the Warehouse Data Collection screen. We are IFS Cloud, 22.2.8. Scan-It version is 23.5.867.0 on the same Windows PC (the latest version from the Windows/Microsoft Store), using the same scanning device. Interestingly, upon checking via google on the Windows Store, there is a later version https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9wzdncrdntbs?hl=en-cx&gl=CX? Thanks

Sales Quotation Date on Email

The creation date field isn’t a true reflection on the date the quote was submitted to a customer. For example, a Sales Agent might create the quote, then take 2-3 days building the quote. It is only at the point of RELEASE that the date should show as this is the date the quote is ready for the customer.

What is the Functionality of Show Only Current Results in Search?

In general, the purpose with this functionality is to increase performance by ignoring old “dead” records that is unlikely that you are interested in. If you click (i) you can see a a more detailed explanation about the filter criteria applied when this is enabled. I don’t understand why you would be searching for them if you weren’t interested in them? Our users keep falling for this ‘feature’ on a regular basis. Apart from being annoying it’s more or a hindrance than a help. E.g.Shop Orders screen, search for a part Three shop orders are returned I want to look at the details of the oldest shop order I select the line and click on shop order A page loads with the correct search criteria but everything else on the screen is empty. User A asks User B to try the same, then they get the same issue. Then it gets reported to IT to investigate.In summary it just wastes everyone's time and saves no ones time.Can we default this to OFF for all users? Thanks

Have you tried this setup: Best-Christy This doesn’t work for us.We have the above set up. (60EOM) Invoice 1st August … we would expect the invoice to be due on 31st October.IFS is (with the above set up) making the Due Date 30th September.

Updating SSL Certificate - Chrome Extension and Scan It Issue

Hi, We have confirmed that part of the issue is that the Aurena Agent needs uninstalling and reinstalling for it to pull in the new certificate.To me this is crazy - not too bad on one PC, but when you are dealing with 60-600-6000 PCs its another story.For me the Aurena Agent needs to be pulling in the certificate on each occasion (or at least provide a button to allow the user to request it?),Has anyone come up with a clever way to uninstall / install the Aurena Agent in bulk?Thanks

This started happening for us in 22.2.8 about 2 weeks ago.It is the same in Chrome and Edge. There is something strange though, because if I am on a Customer Order and click on the link to the Customer (which in my opinion should always open in a new tab), the link DOESN’T work. However, if I look at the order lines and click on the Sales Part, the link DOES work. Same with Charge Type.

IFS Cloud 22R1 - Connection timeout

We have been facing the same issue - for now we have started using https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/session-alive/aodfoiacnmepndhojccepdcpmehjbham which seems to be working well for us so far. However, IFS really need to incorporate this into the Aurena/Chrome Plugin.
