Thank you so much for replying @Bhanuka Abeygoonawardana. So we cannot put in unavailability on a bucket resource however, we can delete the shift for whatever day we wanted to be removed correct? Looks like we can do this in the resource planner.
Hi @Bhanuka Abeygoonawardana - Thank you so much for responding and I believe you have the right answer however, I would to ask do I need to set other resources with a preference value in order for PSO to optimize this? Or we can just set it for the bucket resource only. I am having trouble with consistency when I test sometime the activity went to the standard resource sometimes it went to the bucket resource. Thanks again for all your help!
Was able to find an answer to this one. Bucket does not consider to be a license count but instead its serve as a grouping method.
Looks like I’ve found the reason why, this functionality should work after PSO is upgrade to 6.7.0.30
