I´ll try to describe a scenario and we´ll see if I can make it easier to understand! Lets say that we have a work center ( WC ) with resources attached to it.Each of the resources have OEE associated with it ( maybe it is just on a WC - level and not separate ). In month 1, the WC has an OEE of 75% with an plannable capacity at 8 hours. In month 2, the WC decreases the OEE to 50%, will the plannable capacity adjust when calculating the WC-capacity? Or is the OEE just a metric for the user to use as we please? BR
Ok, thank you for your answer Björn. I think we are looking at applying the “Shop Floor Reports” for our use case. BR
Thank you Matt, it seems that we do not yet have access to it.Whereas it seems to be exclusive to IFS - Cloud. Do you know how the OEE affects the capacity in the WC or does it not?
Hi Pushpa,Thank you for your reply and clarification! Although, the problem occurs mainly when receiving goods when the CRO is finished, the repair shop order that is. The inventory part in stock does indicate that the specific product is still in inventory. Hence, the error message indicates that we should use a separate W/D/R No. We are not normally using W/D/R No as a standard practice. It might be in process of the CRO that is the problem, is there any material that I could check?
