Hi @JerryB, It seems fine now. Schedule task is not generating WOs for PM actions those are set as generatable = No. Thank you so much for the reply.
Hi @Buddhika Kurera,Thanks a lot for your feedback. Yes, change the status to scrap is what we also preferred to stop generating WOs using PM actions. However, when equip object’s Op. status changed to scrap, all the connected PM actions to it will obsoleted. Sometime these objects are planning to use later. Therefore again revisions need to be created for those PM actions. Is there any way to filter out using equipment, Maint Org or sites when configuring “Generate Calendar” schedule task / background job? So we can prevent calendar generation for certain PM actions.
Hi, I’m also having the same issue. How can I stop generating WO for PM action if object is Out of Operation?

Hi Team,Does anyone have a list of basic presentation objects we need to include into CTU - Shop floor work bench? Or permission set XML file. Highly appreciate if you shared it. B/RThilanga
Hi @itelyakar,In IFS standard there it is not possible to Count in parts as customer-owned if the qty of part No in the particular location is zero. That mean when qty is zero system will not remember the ownership details about that PN or Lot batch. If you need to inventory in parts as customer owned it is either PO or by WO return part to inventory options.
Hi, I am also having a same issue. Can you share the steps you have followed to sort out these issue.Appreciate if you can share the template excel you have used in this taskThanks
Thank you, Erik and Vibhusitha, for your valuable feedback.
