Hi Sicanandan;I tried in BNT as I mentioned above and worked well there, then i checked the version in Regional Test and realized it has the version that the patch we fixed in the same area is included.Thats why I mentioned “If recreates in the Regional Test” as the patch MFZ-19839 is included in 23.2.4 which is the SU applied in the Regional Test.Then Patch MFZ-19839 must have fixed the issue.

EDIT As Built Structure

Hi;There is a setting in the Site/ Manufacturing “Auto Build Tracked Structure” this will automatically assign the reserved components to the Shop Order Tracked Structure Automatically. Prior to receiving the main part into inventory, if the Shop Order Tracked Structure does not reflect the actual situation then we can manually modify the Shop Order Tracked structure by add or remove component functionality provided in the Shop Order Tracked Structure.Alternatively possible to use Handle Structure By Barcode function for this purpose by selecting the required Node in the Shop Order Tracked Structure and Proceed.After the item is received in to Inventory, it is possible to use Rename to a new part/ new Serial or Disconnect from Parent from Part Serial Page.

Hi Buddhika, there have been situations in the Aurana Client when it comes to Copy Paste and Duplicate, also bugs in the code. Since the issue is recreating please report a BUG.

IPAP Phantom Consume question

These MRP Planned demands are created once MRP is performed and you have Demands for the Parent Part like unreleased Customer Order line for the Parent Part or Shoop Order requisition (SHOP Order is not created yet).Seems MRP need to create MRP Planned Demands to blow through its components of the Phantom Part 123, but MRP never creates supplies for Phantom Part 123.If you check the IPAP for the components of Phantom Part 123, you would see MRP Planed demands created for the Components of the Phantom 321 and 456 with the Phantom Part 123 as the “Source Information”and MRP supplies created based on the availability.so what you see as MRP Planned demand above is never meant to supply by MRP

IPAP Phantom Consume question

Hi;The setting “Phantom Consume” in the Product structure is valid only for Repetitive Backflush which takes place during Production Schedule Receipt from a Production Line (Not from Shop Order)When a Component Part is set as Phantom by setting the Planning Metod =P in the Inventory Part, then once the Shop Order is created, the system checks if enough Phantom Components are available to supply the demand for the Shop Order Material Line, if so the Phantom Part (123) will be added to the Shop Order Material Tab.If not enough Phantom Components (123) available in the Inventory, then system will list the Components of the Phantom Part (321 and 456) in the Shop Order Material Tab, then you would not see the Demands for Part 123 in IPAP.

Parent Qty to Unreserve

Sure, that would be a worthy one to consider. There can be complication when it come to un issue in contrast to the Issue.e.g. when the issued part is in an as built Structure of a multi level tracked parent part, which has been received to inventory.Also if the issued qty exists in Shop Order Tracked Structure.

There isn't a way to un issue based on the parent qty, but Un issue All option is available, there it is possible to un issue all the issued qty.

Configuration Structure - add multiple components

Please Try “External Files” functionality you can find in the Navigator.You need to create a Template for the LU with the required columns to insert, then you can import or export data to IFS and From IFS.Also it is possible to copy exiting Structure to another Part Revision using Copy Structure Revision or copy an existing alternate to a new alternate of another Part Revision using Copy Alternate option in the Structure Alternate.Also it is possible to copy existing components in an Alternate using Copy Object and Paste in another alternate using Paste Object command.

Manual unissued shop order quantity error

Hi JAmieI think the parent part is Multilevel Tracked Manufactured Part.You have issued 1 qty and the parent part also must have been received into Inventory.Since the Parent part is Multilevel Tracked, now we have the As Built Structure of the Received Parent Part which is also comprised with the issued component part that you trying to un issue.What the system says is the Part cannot be unissued as it is already included in a Parent Part which is now in Inventory.System can trace this because the Received Parent Part is Multi Level Tracked.If you need to un issue this qty which is in inventory with its parent, you need to Un Receive the Parent Part first.Then un issue should be possible.

Receive shop order - change packing instruction

Hi;Click on the “Handling Unit Structure "TabIf Handling Units are already connected, we can disconnect or delete them as desired by Selecting the Node and RMB and select desired option. Then we can straightaway add handling units directly or Generate Handling Units based on a Packing Instructions as below or connect Existing Handling Units also possible by selecting required RMB option from the Tree Structure.

http://ew/Environment/Detail?envid=11598 cannot access. Hi Ron; I though customers too have access to this, I'm sure Partners does. The part i used do not have condition codes enabled, and i was moving within the same company via Move Inventory Part. I think you too can try via Inter Site Customer Order (Int Purch Transit) created in the Germany Site (Demand Site) where Canda Site is the Supply Site.This involves bit cumbersome setup but might work.

HI Ron;Its APPS10 RnD Test CMB, that is having all the BUG fixes done up to today on top of UPD23.If you can access any of APPS10 Regional Test http://ew/Environment/Detail?envid=11598, that would be similar to what i have used for testingHow did you move the Manufactured Part to the other Site?I used Move Inventory Part and then from that Site i used Customer Order to deliver the Item to the Customer.,May be how you have moved could have caused the issue.

Hi Ron;I too did similar for a Multi Level Tracked Serial Tracked Part, Manufactured in APPS10 RND TEST CMB, user danalk at Site 1, then Moved to Site DN1, then Sent via a Customer Order from Site DN1.Created CRO in Site DN1In the CRO Line, i used the “Receive Part” Option to receive the Customer Owned Item for Repair; As Built Structure is in the Site 1
