Error: Amount unpaid for installment 1 of invoice #X is bigger than cleared installment amount

Hi @iran, You may rollback the supplier offset in the “supplier payment Rollback” window, then check the status of the invoice.It should be in “Partly paid posted” status, since WHT payment has already been done. Then no need to cancel/rollback WHT payment it will be automatically cancelled, when you cancel the invoice.If the issue is still there, you may raise a support case, so that we will be able to further investigate and check with the relevant data. Hi @iran, As per my opinion, if you are trying to cancel a supplier invoice (or related voucher), before that you should have rolled back/canceled all the payments/ all the matches attached to it.You may check whether there are any payments or any matches attached to this invoice (or to the related voucher). This will help you to resolve this issue.“First, go to Database objects of the relevant permission set and grant below database objects.• GEN_LED_VOUCHER_UPDATE_API.Start_Update_Batch__• GEN_LED_VOUCHER_UPDATE_API.Start_Update__Then, go to Presentation Object by Component -> General Ledger on the relevant permission set and tick on "Task - General Ledger Update" and "Task - General Ledger Update" (batch) and then refresh security cache. How do absence plan and absence limit differ in IFS Applicaton

Hi @DalRungtM I came across the below answer from an existing support case. Hope it will help.“ An absence Plan can be used if you are an organization where employees need to plan absence a long time before it occurs. In that case, you first create a Plan, then transform that into a Request etc. This can be valid for absence one year ahead or so. But you might as well just add an Absence Request right away. If the approved Request becomes invalid you can just delete it.In some instances, it tends to think that the Plan just becomes an extra unnecessary step and just goes with the Absence Request. You may try it.“This issue can be due to high number of invoices that you are trying to print at once.Please try to filter down the number of records printing at once by giving values to the parameters given in the Batch print window.”

Transfer Simulated Depreciation Postings to Business Plan

Hi @Antbarrif Kindly check whether the below details help you.There is an option in the Fixed Asset Book window where you can define posting control instructions for FAP5 and FAP6 posting types that would be simulated in default for depreciation plans that are connected to the selected book. For the Posting control FAP6 you may define the relevant Accumulated Depreciation Account in the Posting Control window.Once you create the Depreciation Plan for a specific object or group of objects, as the next step you can simulate the postings (RMB on the Depreciation Plan window > Select Simulate Postings)If you check the Simulated Posting Details, you can see that the Accumulated Depreciation account is included Next, you may RMB on the same window and select Transfer to Business PlanThen, if you check the Business Plan Transactions (Business Plan window> RMB> Business Plan Transactions), you will see that the amount related to Accumulated Depreciation account (FAP6 account) is a

Employee Payments/Advances with postings

Adding more details..I have verified this in IFS Reference environment. You may refer the below steps1.Add an advance payment using Employee Payments window 2.RMB and authorize payment3.After that transfer payment from the Transfer Payments window4.Then the acknowledge payments by selecting RMB option5.Then click okay in dialog6.Then the relevant voucher will be created7.Go to Expense sheet window > search by the employee IDHere you can add the Project Activity Also, you can connect the relevant advance payment in the Payments tab.This is the functionality how it works currently, and in the Expense sheet window you can connect the advance payment and in the same time you can add the project activity as well, but the project activity cannot be added in the Employee payments window itself

Tax Ledger got fetched with Errors

There is an option for the users to generally check what errors caused the tax ledger info to not get fetched. In the Tax Transactions window of the relevant company, there is a field named “Fetch Error” which would indicate why the transactions were not fetched. [Fetch error is set by the fetch routine if the voucher row does not pass the updating checks.]

Unable to create an invoice which includes tax code with tax type set as ‘calculated tax’ and deductible % is different from 100%

The issue isn’t considered as a bug. This error message appears due to the validation happening when ‘Tax Correspondence Invoice Lines-Postings’ check box is selected (Company > Invoice Tab > Tax Information Tab). Therefore, if this checkbox is selected, you will have to remove tax code from posting lines when non-deductible tax amount is manually posted. In other means, it is required to use two posting lines when using a tax code with tax type as ‘Calculated VAT’ and deductible % of less than 100%. Accordingly, the invoice could be posted using following below steps, 1.Create a ‘Manual Supplier Invoice’ following general steps. 2.Add two posting lines as follows under ‘Posting Information’ (Below attached screenshots are from “Support / APP9 / Global Extension / GET RnD TEST CMB (UPD14)” environment) a.Row 01 – add a line for the ‘net amount’ of 1,000 with tax code. Through this step, the cost amount will get posted with tax code. b.Row 02 - add a line for non-deductible ‘t
