This could also be due to a Scheduled Database Chain. If you have any of these created, you could look there. I have checked for scheduled database task chains, but there were no any. Thanks,

Default value change

Hi @CheSusumY ,There are some default values which we cannot change, without doing a code change (customization). This is also something like that. From the business logic level, the lead time calculation basis has been set to 3 (Maximum Time of Machine or Labor). You have to manually change it when running manually. If it is scheduled, we can set to the desired value. Thanks,

Hi @Randini Jayasundara ,Ohh I didn’t think it would contain any more information, since there are very much space left although I enlarge the column, so I didn’t try double click to see. 😀.Yes, you are absolutely correct. I see more and more information after double click. There is a row with space after the Executing rule message, and I think that is why we cannot see the rest of the message. I have not seen this occurrence in IFS application before. 😁. (I have seen that Error message is normally showing as per the length of the column as even a part of that, so we know there’s more, and double click to see)Thank you very much, Randini.

Hi @EnzoFerrari ,Document Text is not inherited to shipment lines from CO lines. Actually, Document text is not available for shipment lines (cannot add manually). If the document text is available for any line level screen, there should be a column called Document Text.If your goal is to print the document text in the Shipment Delivery Note, you can connect the Output Type to the document “Shipment Delivery Note” in Document Text Administration. Then, where ever you create a document text using that output type, that will be appeared in the Shipment Delivery Note in the corresponding section if the object you created the document text for, is available in the delivery note. (For Shipment delivery note, document texts created in connected CO lines, Shipment header, sales part will be shown) Hope this helps. Thanks,

Agreeing to Vishaka on above comment, please make sure that you shut down the Demand plan server if you are doing any changes related to base flows (such as deleting base flows/ combine flows) and once completed to start the server. Hi @Anushka Bandara ,If the changes related to the base floes/combined flows done when the DP server is running, what can be done to reflect the changes in DP server/client ? Hi @Timmermans Roel I think, a customization to WaDaCo will be required, and to be requested from IFS if IFS is doing customizations to WaDaCo.Other solutions are I think very limited, since we don’t have an option to update lot batch number once it is received into inventory.One alternative will be defining a new custom field for Manufactured Date (if the Manufactured Date in Lot Batch Master is not used for any other validations) within the Inventory Parts in Stock window, and use the W/D/R No also for parts. So, when shop order parts are received through WaDaCo (or any other way), an inventory transaction will be created with OOREC. So, whenever an OOREC transaction is created in inventory transactions, the related record in the inventory parts in stock record’s W/D/R number can be updated with the SYS_DATE through a custom event with a suitable action. (You can add desired conditions for these as well like Part Nos etc..). And at the same time, Manufactured Date (custom field in th

Hi @Björn Hultgren ,Thanks a lot for the clear explanation on the above. Now I know how IFS handles that sort of scenario when reporting labor hours, so the figures can be explained now. As you assumed, yes, Report Previous Operations selected, by default set Report Time to unselected when approving after stopping production. 😊Thank you again.

Labour time not captured when approving operation, if stop production is not done in SFW

Hi @Björn Hultgren,So, when the operation is performed with Start production and then Stop production, and then Approve operation for the same operation (so, approve operation is done after both start and stop production is done), and system create labor hours for both planned and actual (time between start and stop), so the actual run time is greater than planned. Would that be correct ?For a second scenario, I performed start production for all the 5 operations (operation no 10, 20, 30, 35 and 40), and approved the last operation (op 40) without performing stop production for any op. And planned labour hours (plus actual time) were captured for first 4 operations, but not for the final one (it only captured actual time). Any idea ? Thanks,

@Nagah.khaled , It’s not possible to control the permission of a particular activity in company-wise or site-wise in IFS, if the users have access to those companies/sites. So, if the user has access to all 4 companies, it’s not possible to enable add(New) button in Manual Supplier Invoice window for only one company.However, you would use a custom event for this requirement, with an event action of Online SQL Statement, to generate an error message upon saving. So, ideally it would not disable the Add (+) button, and instead it will not allow to save the record. Thanks,

Hi @lopespetro ,I’m not aware of a standard functionality to schedule a crystal report type quick report in IFS. Maybe you can define a custom database procedure to run the quick report, and export/email the report, and create a new database task in the application using that custom procedure, and then create a new database task schedule using that database task.If there’s a standard way to do this, please someone let us know.
