Add a functionality to the IFS community where we can save in our profile the very important topics

Hey @ZTC ZTC JGOTA - I like this idea. Right now you have the ability to subscribe to any topic and then go to your subscriptions. But there’s no great way to sort from there. I have voted on an idea with Insided (the platform we use here), and I’ll check in with them to see if it’s on their roadmap.I’ve moved this topic from the IFS ideas section, as this isn’t something IFS can implement on this platform.

Getting Started in the IFS Community for Customers

@NECIWAKURA - Members with customer permissions have access to the main forum (IFS Solutions). That forum section is actually public to the internet. You don’t even need to register for the community to see that content.Once people join the community, I assign them customer, partner, or employee permissions - based on their emails. Customers have access to events, knowledge base, product release notes, and ideas.Groups are available if you join the group. There’s a partner only group and only partners are granted access there.

@Link - I’ll pass this on to the team that manages these credentials. We realize that error message isn’t helpful and are working to change the options available there. I also don’t know why you’d get it when you log out, but I will see what I can find out.

How to undo a solved mark in community or deleting my question?

@HSELEWU - You have a limited amount of time (60 minutes) to edit your post after you post it. If someone responds before that time, then your post is locked.If you’d like to delete a post, you can use the three dots in the corner to flag it. Just write “delete please” and I’ll remove it for you.If you mark a response as correct, but need to change it, you can do the same thing. Use the three dots and select flag. Leave me a note that says “remove as best answer” or something along those lines.

Hey Kevin - I sent this around internally as well. The advice was that this probably needs a more formal investigation, so it was suggested that you either raise a case to support to investigate, or we need to get a software engineer to perform a more in depth investigation, which would be chargeable. Let me know what if you need any help with either option!
