Server down notification

This sounds like you do need to raise a support ticket on the server down issues you are seeing.To resolve the issue with your user account and expired password. There is a support group that handles account related issues like this. You need somebody else to raise a ticket on your behalf explaining your issue and the support group will handle this and give you access once again.CheersJames

This could be done via configuration - adding a Custom Field which is a badge and then using the conditional field settings to only show the badge for specific records “priority = critical” for example.The ability to conditionally color code fields is on the roadmap for a future releaseCheersJames

Request to direct on how to get IFS app for ios to external employees/subcontractors

For FSM Mobile there are two options here. First option is to get the subcontractor to sign up to the Apple Business Manager account so the iOS App can be distributed to them in the same way it is distributed to yourselves.If the subcontractor is unable to do this then the App must be published as “Unlisted” which means it doesn’t appear in the App Store but is available to be downloaded via a specific URL that can be emailed directly to the subcontractors for installing.Either way this needs to be done via a support ticket or consulting services and not the community.CheersJames

How to hide tab information in MWO

Conditional visibility of tabs is currently not supported so you would have to do this as a customization. This is something that is on our backlog though and will be delivered in a future release - as yet I cannot say which release.CheersJames

MWO Tiles - Projection needed?

Once you have created the Permission Set you need to grant the Projections related to MWO. You can find these by searching for Category %Native% and Component MWO as shown below: You then need to grant the Structure MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME (this allows the MWO user to logon and create a session in IFS Cloud) as shown below: Once you have done this you need to go to Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Administration > Security Grants and Entity Filters > Security Grants By Permission Set and search for your Permission Set. You then need to Add the security groups associated with MWO Service or MWO Maintenance (depending on which App you are using). You can search for the Security Groups as below:CheersJames

Have you Initialized the app? If so checked the Deleted Failed Transactions. As soon as you Initialize any pending Failed Transactions will get removed and shown in Deleted Failed Transactions.CheersJames

In cloud workflow cofiguration for configured task type is it possible to add a new action in LOV in actions flow?

This is currently only possible via a Customization.We are working on enhanced configuration capabilities which will most likely include this capability (or something very similar) but I cannot say in what release this capability will be released.CheersJames

MWO Failed Transaction: ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [END_TIME] is mandatory for Resource Activity Alloc and requires a value.

I believe the transaction should be sending END_TIME. Can you therefore raise a support ticket for this so it can be investigated furtherCheersJames

If the Yes/No question with a Remark doesn’t work for you then you could add a dependency question to your multi-choice (Yes,No,N/A) that asks for a “Remark” if they Answer Yes or No but is skipped for N/ACheersJames
