We have an issue with multi-company project time reporting transactions (that we have newly set up)that are stuck with the following error.
The project time reporting needs to be reported for the same report code for different projects which is not allowed by the posting control as shown above. Is there a particular setup that we are missing in our basic data setup in multi-company reporting? Kindly need your thoughts on how to tackle this.

Hi Udanee,
PRJT8 is used in the customer company to keep track of the amounts payable to the employee company. Is it correctly understood that you would like to set this up to track payables separately per employee company?
You will not be able to use the Report Code as a Control Type for this purpose (unless you set up a distinct set of Report Codes per employee company, but that cannot be recommended).
Instead, a potential option to achieve this could be to use e.g. the Company Control Type to set a code part value accordingly.
