WaDaCo Active Sessions Hanging Up

We are seeing many sessions of IFS left Active even after the individual has logged out of IFS (we had sessions that were active for over 2 weeks and had restarted the environment at least once during this window).  I know what is causing this and we are working on the user community to exit appropriately (selecting the Menu when done) but I’m trying to figure out is there a configuration/setup/utility that we need to have to clear out these old sessions?  I can create a process to remove them in the background, but trying to determine if there is a function that we should configure in IFS and not use a brute force deleting process.

There is a Database Task for this in IFS. Create a new database task schedule for database task “Remove Data Capture Sessions”:

 

It will remove the sessions based on the settings in “Data Collection Configuration“:
