Can not change the user password

Users can not change the own password from Aurena and IEE environmens.

Both environments are giving above error.

Do I need to grand aditional permission set to particular user for change their password?

Hi @KLNADEESH ,

 

How is IFS setup with respect to authorizing users?

Are you using the database to authenticate users or do you have IFS configured to utilize Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD?   These are configured in the middleware server when you install and setup IFS.  

 

We have our system configured to utilize Azure AD and we have Azure AD configured to use multi--factor authentication as well.
