Aurena Team Calendar behavior

In the Team Calendar all selections should ideally be done using the options mentioned in the “Selection Criteria” dialog box. Eg: Current Calendar Week, Last Calendar Week etc.

When you choose for eg: Current calendar week using Selection Criteria opition data is displayed for the selected period. The pupose of the Date Range calendar option is to further filter the data already selected through the Selection Criteria option. In a scenario where you have a lot of data shown from the initial selection if you wish to further narrow your search and display data for one or two days you may choose that period from the Date Range calendar. For Date Range to further filter data you always need to do the initial wide selection through the Selection Criteia. If by any chance you have selected the Current calender week and if you attempt to select the date period belonging to the previous week from the Date Range calendar data will not load. This is the way applications has desinged to work.

Date Range cannot load data independently. But why this Date Range calendar option is available is mainly for the prupose of futher filtering data which were already chosen from the Selection Criteia, it serves as secondary data filtration option. Hope this will help..
