Hi,Do you know if it's possible to use a “select” as a quick report variable?Or to have the variables pre-populated?Regards

We have a report with Design Rows for a Income Statement that some expenses are defined by cost center and account number. Others are strictly on the account number and we’re using a basic filter for that but an advanced filter with cost center and account combination.We have a sheet repeater to have an income statement for each cost center. For cost centers that have a row with no data it is suppressing those rows where we have the advanced filter. On the basic filter lines we have the “all” checked.We want to do the same with the advanced filtered lines also, because we will in Excel create a summary tab to add all the cost center tabs together. The issue is the lines in each tab don’t match 1 for 1 because some tabs have rows suppressed and they have difference rows suppressed compared to each other. how can we get all rows, regardless if a NULL value in each repeated tab for the lines using an advanced filter?

Hi. What is needed to get a IFS certification to be added to MS Trust Center’s Trusted Publishers list to be able to run IFS BR on a local machine?All attempts on adding directories to Trusted Locations list on Trust Center are not adequate as the company policy requires this cert to exist.

Hello!I am trying to create a new query with Cloud Query Designer to show orders for a certain sales group that were invoiced “Today”. I added a filter the the Customer Order Invoice date - but I can’t figure out how to set it as a dynamic value for “TODAY”. I’ve tried setting it as a Parameter as well, but then the query prompts me to enter a date to preview the data. This won’t work for us as the intent is to schedule the report to be emailed to a group of users on a daily basis. Is this possible to set the invoice date as a dynamic value of “TODAY” with Query Builder? I’m a novice at query building so any tips someone may have a greatly appreciated.  

Hi everyone,We are currently running the setup script for the Script-Based Infrastructure setup in Azure for Self-Hosted BI. Everything worked smoothly until Step 3, where the general function tried to locate the params.json file in the following path:C:\Windows\system32\templates\…  Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to get params.json file?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I have noticed some views used for data sources (Parquet Files) get delivered without any row data once they land in our ADLS gen2 storage. CUSTOMER_ORDER, PURCHASE_ORDER for example. Other views work absolutely fine - seems to be hit or miss. Does anyone have any idea why that would be the case? I copy the query used by the data pump job into a quick report, and it returns data just fine. Is there a specific account running the job that I can check/update its permissions?

We are currently upgrading from Apps10 to IFS cloud . When trying to replicate one of our IAL’s  in IFS Cloud  we noticed some of the called functions in Purchase_Order_Invoice_API are missing when cpmpared to Apps10 e.g. Purchase_Order_Invoice_API.Calc_Invoiced_Unit_Price is no longer present in 24R2. Is there anywhere I can check to see if/when this was deprecated and what the alternatives for these missing functions are?

 During the internal setup of IFS Cloud 25R1 Script-Based Infrastructure for Self-Hosted BI, the infrastructure deployment in Azure was completed successfully as per the documentation. I need to add an e-signature to the end of the Purchase Order report. I created a report rule and there is an option to specify the page number on which the signature should appear. However, I want the signature to appear on the last page, and since the total number of pages may vary, I cannot specify an exact page number. Is there a solution for this?Below are the report rule action properties I’m currently using

Hi Team, Would really appreciate your advice here. I create  Functional Parameters  but they are is not showing in my BR whatever I try :(Yes I am connecting to same Environment, I refresh ALL Information Sources in BR Functional Param don’t get publish from memory I even duplicate an existing Func Param  but still the new one doesn’t appear. only the old one is visible in BR I even restarted my Laptop … Crazy isn’t it what am I missing here ?  Thanks

Hello,I am curious if IFS comes standard with any Quick Reports that a client would get when they purchase the ERP, or if all Quick Reports need to be created by the client. We have a list of dozens of Quick Reports in our system, and I’m wondering if any of them came standard out-of-the-box or if we made them all/had them all made for us.Thank you!

Anybody ever created a dynamic rolling 12-month report in Business Reporter for balance sheet items (including the Period 0 activity)? I’m running into issues, and wanted to know if someone had a better idea or an idea to tweak what I have. I have 23 column designs. The first is for the wanted YearPeriod. The next 11 are “previous YearPeriods within the same year (currently filtered to 2025)”. The next 11 columns I’m attempting to have the same conditions, but in the previous year (again, filtered to 2024). When I run the report for January, it’s perfect, it gives me 12 different months. For every month past January, it gives me an extra “December”, as my current filtering is telling t

Greetings!When I perform an Inventory Count Report, I get a part number that is located in different spots that is printed on one sheet each location it is in. Is there a way to consolidate the report that way I don’t get 80+ pages of the same part number on 80 different locations on 80 separate pages on Apps 10?
