I created a simple lobby with a single element that takes the count of a data source that filters Purchase orders by STATE = ‘Complete’ (Status, Shown as STATE within the Columns for some reason)Within the element designer i have “Use data source condition” ticked and when viewing the lobby from EE the link works. When viewing in Aurena i cannot click the link. Is there a reason for this? I Even on the Application owner account with full permissions it won’t work. The Element / Lobby are both set to Aurena .
HI Team,when I schedule my BR to be send by mail (Report Archive ticked as shown below) and save it in a trust location ==> the report loose his excel formatting (bold, Highligh) but when I run directly from IFS or Business Report , it is all good and formatted. Any idea WHy ?Thans
We have noticed that Auto Grating of Permissions when Publishing Quick reports In our UAT and PROD environments.We this this is a security issue and it should be corrected ; as per the current setup when publishing Quick reports , it will modify FND permissions and adding quick reports to the Core Permissions sets and other all permissions sets in the system
Hi, I want to create a custom field under “Work Task” which auto populates the id of the person which closes the ticket. Need guidance regarding this. Need to know If there is any field which is by-default given by IFS which we can use for the above purpose. ThanksMani Shankar
How can I know various tables in which my cloud data is stored? I created some sites, service requests, work tasks etc. & now I want quick reporting on them, so how can I know in which table that info is stored so that I can use SQL statement?
Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has come across issues when creating custom information sources and dimensions. When ever i create one from an IAL i find the filters in business reports utility don’t seem to work and i end up filtering my fields in the IAL before converting it to info source. If anyone else has a solution or idea for me to try please feel free to let me know. ThanksCameron
this is my operational report setting, every time the crystal report will be invoked and generate PDF automatically. I’d like to archive only, but don’t like to trigger crystal PDF. how can I accomplish it? I know I can do it via “order report” with “archive only” check-box manually.
Hi,When adding a time report we get double lines in Aurena.It looks correct in IEE for the same work order.When select 1 line in Aurena it automatically selects both of the lines.I have create an employee to several companies where this doesn’t happen, it’s only in one company we can see this issue.Someone that knows what the reason can be?Thanks!
Hi guys, Need help to understand how show the menu Analysis models in IFS Cloud. I see BIBASE component installed, but the menu is not available. I already configured SQL Server and all requirements from here IFS Analysis Models - Installation Checklist - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud, but when I arrive to SETUP ENVIRONMENT ASSISTANT, I cannot find this item. I tried PERMISSION SET, YAML file, reconfiguration of SQL Server, but nothing works. Did anybody have any idea? Thanks,Gianni
Hi Expertsi have created a Report of fix Assets object Transactions. Now i have objects (rows) where the total value of the obect at the starting periods are 0. That means the total of the object transactions equals 0 Is there a Solution or workarround how to filter these Rows from the report automatically? I tried to preset a filter in the design but it didnt work. The filter gets deleted as soon as you run the report I also tried to add a advanced filter on the repeater and also on the field
Hi, Please, can someone advise me how to add LoV while ordering Business Report in IFS Client. For one parameter there is no list of values and I don't know why. If I check the dimension for this parameter in Dimension Item Details I see this set up. Is it publishing Info window where I should set something to get LoV in Client. Anyone any Idea ? I wrote an SQL query using the SQL Query Tool in IFS App 9. But when I try to save the query as a Quick Report it states: SQL expression is wrong (SQL-Ausdruck ist falsch).The query runs fine in the IFS Query Tool and unfortunately the error message does not specify why the SQL expression is wrong. Does somebody know what is wrong with my query?
I’ve created a Dimension in IFS Apps 10. I’ve then used Custom Dimension Connections to connect the Dimension to the Appropriate Information Source. I can see the Dimension in IFS Business Reporter and add it to my report. When I run the report I get the following error. If I remove the field and re-run the report it runs fine. How do I find that specific item and set the appropriate permissions to it?
Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to add more parents values in Business reporter to Enter Parameter Values. As you can see in my example now. If I want to choose department value, I need first choose parent value company. Based on choose parent value (Company) I get data for departments, but I would like to add one more parent parameter. But I am not confident how to do it.
